Thank you for your comments
Well I had to decide either MO/HIL depth or Cobblers.. And as I wanted finally 1 season with strong cobblers I felt Burghardt was the chance I had to go for.
I had already a look at the races, the calendar and assigning the races to the best ones in our team.
I think we should be definately able to Top 5 in the Team Rankings without having a accurate look at other teams yet.
Will be a weird season as the 2nd and 3rd of this season (Pearl and Koenigsegg) disbanded. We were 8th (6th if taking out those 2 teams but around 2300 points behind Wikipedia) so I think Top 5 has to be the actual target. Top 10 as a goal
But obviously Wikipedia are still the ones to beat.

3's & 7's Cycling announcement: Team to disband after the 2014 season
With deep regret we have to inform you that the team will disband after the 2014 season.
The decision wasn't an easy one to do and was made after several weeks of time to think about.
We would like to thank the Man-Game admin team, the Man-Game teams and everyone involved in the Man-Game (like the jersey designers) for 5 and a half year of fun but everything has an end unfortunately.

Wow, sad to see your team go Rin. We had a lot of friendly encourages during the offseason and working out deals. Fun times.
Thanks again for all your Spanish old-timers, you thought I was crazy at the time but I think it turned out as a win-win situation for the both of us.

Really liked this team. You put together a great squad that was always fun to follow. Great addition to the managerial side of the game. Will be missed

Sad to see you go, one of the great of the game. Respect for going out on "top" instead of just stopping to post.
Thank you for funny moments, it was impressive to watch your team in your promotion season

Your team was always nice to follow. In especially the Bianchi squad in PCT.
You surely will be missed in general. |

Sad in many ways to see a guy that has become a friend over the seasons hang up his managerial reigns. I recall fondly our mails following transfers prior to the season we came up. It was clear we both had plotted our way out if continental ranks from our lowly mid table ct teams.
You gave a home to the little prince and finished off his fine career in the mangame and brought through cleays to be a hilly monster. Looking back you also unleashing the stage race sprinter extraordinaire Daniel thorson

Saddened to read this. We've always had nice relations and our recent superstar swap of Ciolek and Bennati that really went through in smooth and friendly negotiations just further proved that.
What you showed with Bianchi was pure class and managing to get so many top riders in even with Cunego taking a massive part of the salary cap this season means you really end on a high note regarding the manager skills you've displayed throughout the years.
Whatever it might be that you prefer to spend your time on from now on, have a lot of fun and success with it (hopefully as much or even more than with the ManGame).
I will miss your team and you personally. A lot. Thank you for everything.
