cant have stats below 55
i know what your doing, and its great, but to get any half decent gameplay with the team you need to think about how the Stats interact as well.
Even if he may have FL55 according to the method, and SP80, it wont work in the game... It will look good but wont play well.
If you want help with that, search Stat Matrix and there is some good stuff out there

some where the is a break down of how the stats effect the game - Lachi or lluuiiggii always know where everything is
If the rider has SP80 he can win a lot, but if his FL is 55 he wont be able to follow the pace in the final km's and thus will never win
Also RES and STA work in specific ways and high stats there are also needed for certain types of rider
