It looks like we could have British riders winning 7 of 21 stages and 1-2 on GC if all goes as expected. Who'd have thought that ten years ago, maybe even five years ago?
Hell, when Sky was initiated 3 years ago people laughed off Brailsford and Sky idea that there would be British Tour winner in 5 years

I just have to post this here. No space whatsoever for the Green jersey to go (that's actually only the 2nd picture posted on cyclingnews, better ones will come eventually )
Just can't follow the right wheels at the right time, unlike Cavendish |

For a good bike handler, Sagan really didnt handle that final turn too well. He went into it on Cav's wheel and ahead of Goss, but ended up on Goss's wheel with Cavendish already sprinting away.

Yeah. And he pulled it off. But there is luck involved. Luck with Contadors tainted beef mainly. Otherwise they could've waited till Saint Glinglin and still no British tour winner |

Good stage though. Cav literally flew by the break, although I would have liked LL Sanchez to get another stage win.

I love LLS, but it would have been so much better if Klöden won. He really deserves a stage win after all these years.
I doubt I would've been able to handle that though, possibly my two favourite riders winning stages two days apart

I'm not at all a fan of Cavendish but that sprint was incredible. Once again this stage shows that the sprints have been the most interesting part of this year's Tour.

I had no clue that one was known abroad. |

It's common in a lot of european countries, although in most it's known as (in whichever local language) "St. Never's day"
EDIT: For native english speakers looking at this confused, the english equivalent is "When pigs fly"
