Alright guys, I just got home from watching the Germany-Netherlands match (Super Mario!!!). I don't have the energy to make the evaluation, though, so the four people who haven't send me their answers yet can still do that until tomorrow (they have PMs as well). kumazan's answers will of course be counted as well. The field is a little bit tighter this time but it seems like a favorite for the overall is already emerging...

I'm with stupid
Season 1, Round 2 - Evaluation
Question 1: Name a popular holiday destination.
This was one of the two very balanced questions. Not a single destination was named more than four times. There was a strong tendency to France, though, with France itself and Paris being the top answers (4 times each), closely followed by Mallorca, Hawaii, New York and the Carribean. Probably the most "exotic" choice was Alakagom's Sky Training Camp. Other answers were:
Spoiler 2x Tenerife
2x Ibiza
1x Tuscany
1x Venice Beach
1x The Beach in general
1x Mediterranean Sea
1x Côte d'Azur
1x Florida
1x Lisbon
1x Magaluf
1x Thailand
1x Italy
1x California
1x Bahamas
and only
1x at Home
Question 2: Name a transportation vehicle.
Foreseeable, two vehicles dominated this category, but I was a bit surprised by the fact that the car exceled the plane so much - after all, I talked about going on vacation, and most locations were rather exotic. Anyway, with 22 votes, the car was the top answer of this round. The plane at least got 14 votes. Here's the rest:
Spoiler 2x Bike
1x Bus
1x Train
1x Ship
1x Space Shuttle (Alakagom really went for the 5 points!)
Question 3: Name a typical holiday activity.
This category provided the second top answer of this round - swimming! 19 people chose this over sun bathing (seven) and sight seeing (four). Two people were more, well, let's say, fun-orientated... With one vote each, the orgy and sex were also named as a typical holiday activity. Also worth noting: Only one participant associated holidays with winter, chosing skiing. Apart from that:
Spoiler 3x Going to the beach
1x Shopping
1x Going to the pub
1x Cycling
1x Drinking
1x Party
1x Diving
Question 4: What mustn't be absent during your holiday trip?
The second very close question. This time, five votes was the most you could get. The passport and the mobile phone were the most indispensable objects, closely followed by the laptop and sun screen. Alakagom continues his one-point-streak and after naming sex as the activity consequentally chooses a condom in this category. Also, food seems to be just as important as alcohol.
Spoiler 3x Camera
2x Clothes
2x Sun Glasses
2x Book
2x Luggage
2x Money
1x Food
1x Alcohol
1x Swimming Trunks
1x Hotel Ticket
1x Bike
1x Toothbrush
1x Hotel
1x TV
1x Travel Guide
1x Sun
Question 5: Name a drink.
This question again provided many points - at least to those who chose either beer (17 votes) or coke (11). Apart from those two drinks, only the Martini with four namings was significant - even more as it ruins Alakagom's "perfect (negative) game". Anyway:
Spoiler 2x Water
2x Tequila
1x Whiskey
1x Iced Tea
1x Vodka
1x Heineken
1x Bloody Mary
1x Lager
All this brings us to the following ranking for this round:
1 | Gulvplanke | 65 | 2 | johnnyjur | 59 | 3 | Squire | 58 | | PCM rulezz | 58 | 5 | chris01 | 57 | | Eden95 | 57 | | roturn | 57 | 8 | fernando97 | 56 | 9 | cio93 | 53 | 10 | SportingNonsense | 51 |
As you can see, the ranking is closer than last round. Nevertheless, Gulvplanke wins with quite some advance, taking 65 out of 67 possible points. johnnyjur, Squire and SN were in the Top 10 last round as well. roturn patches things up after being almost at the very bottom of the table the round before.
This round of course has consequences for the overall classification:
1 | Gulvplanke | 153 | 2 | Squire | 144 | 3 | SportingNonsense | 141 | 4 | Spilak23 | 135 | 5 | johnnyjur | 132 | 6 | chris01 | 127 | 7 | Wilier | 123 | 8 | Eden95 | 119 | 9 | Vitapen | 117 | 10 | fernando97 | 113 | | kumazan | 113 |
Gulvplanke takes the lead in the overall as well. SportingNonsense falls back to third, mostly because he chose the plane over the car (that costed him the exact 12 points missing to the front). The biggest loser of this round is kumazan, falling from five to ten.
I'm with stupid: cunego59's Round 3
Football
The European championships are in full play so there's no way around a football round. The first question is apparent:
1. Who is going to win the European Championships?
Not only the countries are to be rated, but also the players:
2. Who is the best European player - except for Cristiano Ronaldo?
Countries, players - what's still missing?
3. Who is the best trainer / manager / directeur sportive (whatever you call it ) of all times?
But let's get back to club football. The FC Barcelone was sort of predominant, but there is more:
4. Name an important football club - except for the FC Barcelone.
Last but not least:
5. Name the best footballer of all times.
Good Luck!

Yeah, I'm not too sure about this round. The possible answers are maybe too various. Well, we'll see.

If I didn't participate in the other rounds, can I still send answers for this one (and from now on)?

Of course you can. You won't have any chances for the overall, but if you don't care about that, sure!

Good round for me hopefully. I've started to actually think about what others would say, not just what comes to mind.

Wrong area of knowledge for me in the last round. I blame that.
Hope for better results this time, although I'm very unsure about question two and three. Some luck will be necessary I think.
