Really surprised to see Rolland winning by quite a margin so far, looking that in 'first round' Sagan got most votes with 21 and Rolland just got 4.
I was thinking the same thing. And SN brought up the Vote-In winner Vs. Voeckler match-up. And Sagan might not make it out of the 1st round
I think this actually shows why the format for this is so good at showing the favourite of the whole site. You cant win just by being the favourite of a few - you have to be popular enough amongst everyone.
We will have some 50-70 votes max, so it is hardly showing favourite of the whole site, i think the majority favours the one time surprises before the riders who dominate or they will maybe dominate in the future...
This isn't the PCM.Daily Strongest Cyclist Contest but the PCM.Daily Favourite Cyclist Contest, otherwise, OMG Voeckler won it las year, how couldn't it be Cancellara/Contador.
Exactly. People love Rolland for his attacks, the way he rides. He's certainly not one time wonder Avin And Sagan, well he sometimes acts like a dick.
I like Rolland more as a person and a cyclist.
Still with more votes coming, it should be tight battle between them too as now it looks like it's 19 - 20 to Rolland

And i said something like that?No i dont, i just tried to find the reason and i was not the first one who spotted the curiosity of qualification round winner going out in first round, i have no problems with this,Rolland is nice and great rider So calm down please...
Edit: I dont wanna be off-topic, but i dont get your point Alakagom about Sagan being the dick sometimes, i wonder on what action you gained this opinion. He is probably the most humble and nice rider in the peloton. So please if you can,PM me why you think that.
Because it is strange to hear about dicks from Sky fanboy...

He is not a dick, but in some situations with Nibali as in the Tirreno where Nibali would have taken the win, Peter instead of watching the others Sagan closed the gap himself. Anyway the next stage he rode amazing for Nibali to get him the bonus seconds.
I think he's a good guy with a fantastic talent. |

I'm glad the contest is getting people to speak their minds. It's makes this contest a lot more interesting then just seeing a wall of text with riders name being bolded like it has been for the past two years.
So with that said, feel free to speak your mind.

Thomas Voeckler Vs. Lars Boom
Richie Porte Vs. Alberto Contador
Szylwester Szmyd Vs. Greg Van Avermaet
Peter Sagan Vs. Pierre Rolland
I really don't like Sagan. I have no reason, but I think it's PCM related. I hate all crazy talented riders like Sagan and EBH who are just too good for my liking.

I just noticed that if Geraint Thomas and Froome get past this round they will draw each other....

I agree that most of Sky riders are quite nice.
Cav can be a dick, but with the right cameras on him, he's a very charming man |
