well, i think because of the bottle situation that generally there will be a small group of good climbers left at the top to sprint for the win, because if you attack early your screwed. Hopefully Mazzanti will win that sprint.

Dont expect much from Valjavec Karl, he got dropped on a flat stage.
A very boring flat stage, its not exciting when a break gets away and isnt chased well enough so it stays away. Particularly when theres a rider with 74 sprint in the break and the next best Sprint stat is 63.
Sooooo booooring.

Unless i am mistaken there has been a Slipstream rider in every successful break as well. In Australia Cando held on for 5th in stage 5
