Great podium by Brutt. Just keep the third overall position. Would be very nice. |

Good to see Katusha back at the front after the bad luck on stage 5.
Now with Brutt on the overall podium and Trofimov also in the Top 10, this has turned out to be a very good race for Katusha!
Oh, and not to mention the reports! Just amazing.

@ Sutty - Thanks again, your comments are very appreciated
@ Neillster - Thank you!
@ Batista - Thanks! I will try, and I think the last stage is flat.
@ Pelli - It definitely is! I agree, although it still feels weird to be beaten like this.
And thanks a lot! I could say the same to you about the reports

23.1.12 Santos Tour Down Under - Stage 5
Mclaren Vale - Willunga Hill
This is it! The Queen Stage of the race, and the stage that will really shake up the overall standings. I'm sure the racing will be great, and the weather is supposed to be perfect.
The breakaway today, was quite large, but because of that, the gap they were allowed to have, was smaller than normal.
But the breakaway was caught, and now Sky are pushing really hard at the front as we go over the top of the 1st pass on Willlunga.
Stuart O'Grady makes an attack at the start of Willunga, with less than 10km to go. This could be the winning move! Izagirre follows him!
Ignatiev makes an attack, because he's feeling good, but it doesn't work out at all and he's brought back.
The sprint starts and O'Grady and Izagirre are still ahead, looks like one of them will win! Freire is in a good spot too!
But out of nowhere Thomas Dekker sprints to the win, as the peloton reaches O'Grady and Izagirre. Freire clearly started his sprint too early, and his result was very poor.

OK, so Freire didn't do well in the stage he had the best chances. Oh well, maybe next time. |

Sorry for not posting here. Been busy working on David's stuff, as it requires a bit more work.
Also been busy "off the forum"
TBH, I dont know if I can keep playing both this and David and I think it was a mistake to start it with the Beta. I may make a new Team Story, or I could just 100% focus on David which would probably be best for everyone
I love stories, I just dont manage them well

You mean you have, like, a "real life"?? How dare you??

I really think you should do that! Without a doubt, if you did a team story, it would be really good as well but I think you get the best out of it if you focus on one story. The best for "us", the readers, at least. Then again, do whatever you feel like doing (this starts to become my standard sentence, I think, but it's simply true imo ). But the beginning of the "new" David story looks so promising that if I were to decide, I chose that you focus on that.
