Fellow Australian people, will you please be kind and keep that kind of crap like Tina Arena for yourself. We've had her here for way too long, please take it back now. Thank you.

3 weeks of fun.
I've loved it. Best tour in recent years for sure.
I don't know you.
As the guy above me says, until near the end Contador decided to light up the race it was the most boring Tour in a long time, and that's saying something considering how dull the Tour has been recently!

Please enlighten us. When was the last "interesting" tour in your opinion.

Now, to rest until the vuelta.
wait..let the tour hangover pass..
then you will admit that 2010 Giro was better after all. Great tour for shure over few years
I agree. Giro 2010 was one of the best GTs I've ever watched. Probably even the very best.
But this year's Tour was also a wonderful GT, one to remember. However I can't see it as boring until the 16th stage. There wasn't a single classification which was decided until the last respective stage. Since the start of the new millenium the Tour has become the most boring GT of the year imo, but this year has really surprised me.
Greipel should get some sprint training..
Unbelievable that he won a stage with this bad positioning (his first Tour but a sprint is a sprint isn't it?) and now getting 3rd from nowhere.. While Cavendish won oh wonder
The Tour..
It's good that Cadel won it (finally) but these mountain stages..
The last ones were good but before.. It says a lot that Andy haven't won it with that less TT kms as they decided to race against the wrong rider.. Contador instead of Cadel
I thought on the early stages where Cadel made late efforts like the stage he won if he wouldn't blow his engine up but now thats a Tour winner, he was in every group he had to be and the stage where Andy attacked and the Europcar tandem didn't do a lot or anything and so Cadel rode on his own and so he deserved it a lot (but maybe even without this effort he would have done it?)

It wasn't worse than 2009, though. I mean, in 2009 the only thing that happened before the stage to Le Grand Bornand was the echelon in the stage to Le Grande Motte.
this tour was building up slowly..
thrue Pyrenees boring..
Then fun started ..
Contador descent attacks
Andy mad long 60km attack
d'Huez Contador counter for that
and absolute pearl Evans who came behind and took it...after 10 years effort
add to that Cavendish stage wins..despite of ASO we make sprint routes for classics riders
add fighters like Thor and Voeckler.
conclusion: It was fun enough for Tour de France

1 week of fun
The first 2 weeks were 1 week of misery (falls, crashes, contenders falling out) and 1 week of boredom (no action in pyrenees, dissapointing stages)
The last week was a feast though.
But it's funny how quickly people forget about the first 2 worthless weeks.
Overall the last week was SO epic that it's still the best Tour in years, and years, I have to go back to the Pantani year (1998) to find a tour this epic.
