The Costa brothers' defence is that the substance was in a suplement that didn't list the substance in its composition, so they claim they didn't know.
On their side they have the fact that indeed several anti-doping authorities have been confessing that they're worried that this substance (among others) has been showing up in a ton of supplements while not being listed in the supplements' composition.
This means they may very well be innocent of this.
However, that's a moot point as any athlete is 100% responsible for substances found in their body.
It's clearly a case for a two year suspension.

I can't remember the last time brothers tested positive in the same race... It sucks though, Rui was one promising rider, and one of my favourites too. :/ |

Denmark = Dope-country WITH a dope-team. Which is a much higher level.
Apparently, he's gloating

Here's why the Costa case took so long:
The B sample came back positive. The brothers sent the supplement to be analyzed. The Cologne lab came back with the reply now: The supplement is indeed contaminated.
So....1 year ban?

It makes me lol when people identify 'country x' -> doping, as if in their own country everybody were clean and honest. |

CAS has decided that the "give one year's salary to the UCI" agreement for testing positive is not binding.
So, apparently, if you sign a contract, you're not liable for it.
Therefore, Vinokourov keeps his €1.2 Million

And what we need is for people to get a positive test from their own country so they can learn to be a bit... humble.

Australian Anti Doping Agency (ASADA) banned Stephen Hines for two year without a positive test.
The customs duty detected a little box with Clenbuterol in it addressed to him.
Can someone please send a parcel with Clenbuterol to Alberto Contador and makes it that noticeable that the customs duty will find it

Andalucia has a new co sponsor (Caja Granada) and a new jersey for 2011(which is not an improvement if you ask me as I liked their old jersey.)
