No 'bunchs sprint' sprinters, but some good riders with a chance from a small groop like Visconti, Paolini and Pozzato
If offense is the best defence, does it mean that defence is the worst defence?

anyway there wasn't anyone better to pick.
maybe bennati, but i don't see him beating any of the other sprinters in the bunch, so it's probably the best choice to focus on an attacking team, with pozzato as an option in a small bunch sprint if the course proves to be hard enough.

On the other hand, Bennati is good in hills (like Hushovd).

maybe he is, but if he makes it to the finish other faster than him will make it, too.

that's in my opinion the reason that brought bettini to leave him at home.
