If he does get banned, which I hope he won't, they can't take all his victories away thats ludicrous, thats the UCI's fault for not getting him sooner.
what does any of that have to do with him riding the Tour this year?
He will always be a Grand tour winner if he gets the Vuelta taken off him or not.
LOL. |

Zomegnan indirectly says that Ceramica Flaminia probably won't be invited to the Giro. |

Yes it´s something with his stomach but my english translation called it gastro-intestinal diseases
Doesn´t it sound like a official medical report |

William Walker was once considered as the biggest australian talent after his 2nd in U-23 World Championships 2005.
Now it's over due to health problems.

Well thats some sad news for aussies. I hope that everyday life isnt to hard on his heart. Maybe golf could be his new sport but WW is someone I will miss even though he was gone before I knew he was there. |

*looks confused*
To clarify, the topic title means news from March of this year.
So even though Will announced he was retiring due to a heart condition in March last year technically fits the bill....

If you read the article you would have seen the news from this year
The article is not only about his retirement back in 09. |

I quote Velonews:
While not listed as a favorite, the seven-time Tour de France winner can rarely be ruled out as a contender when he toes the line in any race.
Really Velonews? MSR for Lance? Maybe pre-cancer, but even in his most doped up days of the early 2000's he could never win MSR.
edit: I should note Velonews was saying that although he is backing out, he would have had a shot.

Velonews are deluded, Armstrong can be ruled out as a major contender for the majority of races he rides

Well yes, the interview in the article reveals what he has done since.
But what you wrote in your post, was a year out of date.

I think the problem is that you said that NOW Walker's career is over, but it was already over last year
