This story is not dead..(at least yet). When I play Cym..I will move on with this story. We did not get Giro ticket..plans have changed. We would like to ride Dauphine..then pass Tour and season main goal will be Vuelta Espana.
Stage 7
Final
Final day is for spriners...Mosquera is not looking hapy about he's overall 8th. and bad ride in queen stage. Where he lost to much time and was 13th.
(Game crasehd after finish)..Manuel Cardoso took the stage win. He was always close part of final sprints..but never quite made it. Today is he's day. Pacheco is in the picture ..He was 6th. today (we should see..top shape Pacheco in Vuelta).

This will be long day. Weather is real nasty and wet. Plan is to keep Castano and Da Pena at the front..and we will see.
On every circle riders should take short ..but realy sharp hill. Good platform for split..and one has just happened..Galicia has managed to but Castano and Martinez in there. Landbouwkrediet and Saur got there with real strong power.
..looks like split group has starting to move away from main peloton..after another hill Castano launched short atack..and riding across to get into early breakaway group.
Bur no..Landbouwkrediet and Sojasun closing that gao down... Hugh 22 rider group is formed. I think race winner is in that group. 40km. to go.
27km. to go tempo is lot faster now..Scheirlinkx trying to escape...
But now...elite group closing him down..what we got here? ...Scheirlinkx, Castano, De Waele, Huguet, Joly.
16km. to go..Castano another attempt..just before climb. he got away..? No. All 6 riders back together.
at the back..Da Pena decided to leave main group..and get highest place as possible..but he is falling in wet descent..and is back in the group..good that he is ok to carry on.
...4km. to go..decisive moments..De Waele looks strongest in the group..he is decided to go alone.. Castano follows with Joly.
..and we have a winner De Waele.. Castano passing Joly in the final hill and takes second.. Joly 3rd. great result for us...

Indurain race..This will be nice warm up..before we meet pro tour again in Pais Vasco.
Team has started a day with two go leaders..19km. to go..castano launches a short atack..he is getting away. But this move also causes lot of action in peloton..Castano will wait..second group.
Here they come..Barredo is there
Here they are..nr. 1 favorite Barredo and also Zaballa..
Da Pena comes from behind..now Galicia have theyr both leaders in lead group..at the same moment..Barredo launces another atack. Damn he is fast..
..he is just moving away. Castano trying to organize chase..no chanche against Quick step rider speed.
5km to go..Galicia trying to take advantage about current situation..We are only team who has 2 riders in lead group. Da Pena launches atack..now one is not reacting.
Barredo takes a win...solid one. He was way over rest of the group.
We can be realy pleased..Da Pena takes second..Zaballa is third. 4. is Castano.
Next race..pro tour

Stage 1
First day..stage is real hilly. We can expect a lot of action.. Galicia plan is to help Cesar Veloso thrue first stages..then he should ride great TT. Da Pena and Mosquera will be go leader..and trying to take stage win..or counter atack in mountains.
Weather has been real hard for riders today..many favorites crashed in early phase...Kirchen was down also Tondo.
75km to go..and strongest team Caisse will test a peloton.. Soler atacking.
Aerts trying to follow..Fighting are started already?
38,5km to go..Soler show is over..specialy thanks to Lampre and Quickstep teams who controlled a peloton.
..and another favorite is down. This time it is Basso..30km. to go..this is bad timing..he is out now at the top competition.
20km. to go..and climbers group atacked..Valjavec, Anton, Mosquera..
..now on atacks starting to come..one after another..Pellizotti, Barredo, Cunego, Valverde, Tondo, Kirchen..and tempo is amazing, Mosquera has trouble to keep up..with hilly specialists.
..and a line.Carrara takes a stage win and tour leader jersey...Mosquera will be there 42 sec. later..

Stage 2
Bad weather days just continues in Pais Vasco tour..another rainy and hilly day. before queen stage..witch will be tomorrow.
Crashes just keep on coming..this time i'm not surprised..Soler is down..
At the end it is hilly sprinters show after all..Veloso is Galicia rider in there. Non sprinter
rider..another Caisse new rider Bruseghin.. Sprinters are ready to make theyr move
..and here they come..open race..riders will use they road what they got..Kirchen, Ventoso, Galdos, Florencio, Valverde, Leon Sanchez..
..and a line. Who made it first. At least not Ventoso..great fighting..but he a little faded at the end..Kirchen is a stage winner. I can almost feel that we are close to spring classics..Veloso 6th. is great result. Tomorrow we climb
