Tour of Qatar

Stage 2 : Khalifa Stadium - Al Khor Corniche

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/1-11.jpg
The second stage is the first flat stage for the sprinters, such as Eisel,Haedo,Sutton,Van Hummel and Mondory

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/2-9.jpg
Only two riders got the chance in a breakaway today but they were caught with more than 15 km to go

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/3-9.jpg
With only 10 km to go our sprint train looks good but we are far behind.Bak and Reynes are Eisel´s lead-out men

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/4-9.jpg
Bak did a good job in the last few kilometres but our train is still far behind.Ag2r is in front and it seems that they´re too fast

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/5-9.jpg
The sprint begins and Eisel has to make his move prompt

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/6-9.jpg
Eisel is really fast!!But only a few metres to go and Le Lay is in front of his team-mate Turpin

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/7-8.jpg
This is a great double for Ag2r!!!Le Lay wins in front of his team-mate Turpin and Haedo.Another Ag2r rider becomes 4th,Mondory..Eisel is 5th in the end

Challenge Volta Ciclista a Mallorca

Stage 3 : Inca - Inca

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/1-12.jpg
Today is the first test for Monfort and many other favorites. It will be hard for the sprinters to manage the mountains

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/2-10.jpg
The breakaway couldn´t beat the pack today

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/3-10.jpg
It wasn´t really exciting on the mountains, probably Valverde and Co wants to have a mass sprint.Monfort had no problems on the climbs but Greipel could not hold on there

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/4-10.jpg
The sprint begins and Garate is in front of Devolder. They will fight for the stage win that´s for sure.Valverde and his team-mates are behind them while Monfort doesn´t sprint

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/5-10.jpg
It´s a close finish where Devolder gets the stage win on the last 2 metres in front of Garate and Luis Leon Sanchez.Monfort becomes 58th

Stage 3 : Al Zubarah - Doha Golf Club

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/1-13.jpg

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/2-11.jpg
The breakaway was so big today that the pack had problems to catch them

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/3-11.jpg
Our train looks fantastic today with Bak at the front and Reynes as Eisel´s lead-out man

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/4-11.jpg
And with only 6 km to go Bak follows Sutton and his lead-out man Vigano. This looks really great

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/5-11.jpg
Last 4 kilometres and the sprint train of Sky is the fastest but our team could stay in their slipstream

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/6-10.jpg
The sprint begins and Eisel makes his move because Sutton is already in front.Van Emden,Van Hummel and Mondory try to follow

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/7-9.jpg
Sutton is still in front and it seems that no one can beat him today.Eisel is defending his second place against Mondory

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/8-6.jpg
Sutton takes a great stage win for Sky but who´s gonna be second and third?

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/9-3.jpg
It´s a very close finish but the photofinish says that Mondory is in front of Eisel!!Bad luck for Eisel but he still gets a few seconds for the overall

I always thought that my reporting is a kind of boringSmileSmile
But ok good to hear that

valverde321
why would you write if you think that your writing is boring. I would always try to excite with my writing even if it isn't

And i´m never happy with myself

valverde321

Challenge Volta Ciclista a Mallorca

Stage 4 : Bunyola - Bunyola

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/1-14.jpg
This stage is probably the one who will decide this tour!Favorites for the stage win are for example Voigt,Anton,Valverde,Lövkvist or Chavanel and Garate

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/2-12.jpg
The breakaway was good today but in the end they had no energy left,so no problem for the pack to catch them

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/3-12.jpg
On the last hill Anton and Valverde did the first action after the breakaway was caught

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/4-12.jpg
It seems that Valverde is in a great shape so far. He´s attacking once more and I.Anton cannot counter at the moment

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/5-12.jpg
Next attacks came from Lövkvist,De La Fuente and Garate

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/6-11.jpg
Voigt went after them

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/7-10.jpg
On the last downhill Valverde´s advantage is big

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/8-7.jpg
Anton is after him but he cannot follow him

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/9-4.jpg
And so no one could stop him!!Valverde wins this stage and the leader´s jersey

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/10-2.jpg
Anton became second in front of....

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/11-2.jpg
......Jose Serpa.Monfort came with the big group 1´54 after Valverde
