Liggett about Willunga Hill: "Major mountain"

Oh Liggett you're so senile. Congrats also to "Alessandro Valverde" and "José Sánchez", according to him Pfft

If you don't know the name of a Spaniard, José has the best odds, surely  The stage sounds like great, can't wait for the video.

The stage may have been exciting, but this article is really overreacting:

Oh, just a little bit Pfft

And I gotta love how much Armstrong cares about other riders:

Lance Armstrong:
“That was some great bike racing,” said Armstrong. “I tell you, this young Slovenian [Sagan] is showing a lot of talent.”

Good job, Lance.

Why criticize Cyclingnews and Phil Ligget for mistakes? They know 10 times more about cycling than all of you together.

Btw. GREAT STAGE and it's not really a surprise to see Sagan up there. Valverde good form already, a good sign Cool

Ligget thinks racing works like it did in 1988, except for Lance who is consistently at the form he was in 2004, and therefore can win any race any time. Cyclingnews makes dumb mistakes, most of whom could have been corrected by cross-checking the actual race reports from the organizers.

Cyclingnews just makes dumb mistakes. Ligget is far worse, Sherwen as well, as much of a pompous ass this makes me sound like, neither of them knows anything in my opinion. Literally every time I watch them commentate, I just yell at the tv and annoy my parents.

Perfectly summed up.

The only thing enjoyable about Liggett's comments is how funny it is that he can constantly fail miserably to read a race. Every time he says "we can expect X", you can be damn sure X isn't going to happen.

If you dont like Liggett at the Tour, then youre going to hate him at TDU - Im pretty sure he has dumbed down his style for this race. (No matter how dumbed down you may think he was to start with Wink)

lol at baden cooke, the guy got a leadout that mark cavendish would envy, it seemed like he had it in the bag. the final man swings off and cooke....gets overtaken by everyone behind him. it was only for a 3 second intermediate bonus, luckily.

FAIL

Phil Liggett keeps saying that Rohregger (the KoM leader) came to Milram from ELK Haus before this season and that he impresses his new team. Am I wrong in thinking that he rode for Milram last year as well? Confused.

Chris Sutton wins the last stage of the Tour Down Under 2010!
