If a bear kills a professional cyclist, is it awesome or too sad to be awesome?

That depends if the rider is Pozzato or someone who actually deserves to live

Take Johnny Hoogerland, he would just walk in all glowing in the dark and play poker with the damn thing. Pozzato on the other hand would go in and flash his regained mustace and there by making the bear suicidal.

Seems Boonen has finally gotten to som sense, he says he won't race the tour as a sprinter, "he has nothing to prove" apparantly, he will aim for the prolouge, the TT and the medium stages.

x2.
1.) I wish he would crash in every single race he enters and scuff up his pretty new kit. Then he'd get up and mud would splash all over him and then it would rain on just him.
2.) Then he'd crash again.
3.) Rinse and repeat.

However that still wouldn't stop him from believing him he's better than Coppi and no rider is worthy of being considered his equal. THIS IS A GUY WHO HAS ONE BIG WIN. ONE. One due to team tactics and not to his quality.

I'm so tired of hearing him talk like he's a cycling god and then repeatedly have a "transitional season" and "waiting for it to all come together to produce big wins" not things he said but they're the stupid euphemisms he must live by to maintain his god-complex.
Yes he was good in the U23 bracket.
Being Prom Queen doesn't mean anything when you're 35 though.

He came 2nd in Paris-Roubaix to be fair to the lad. He was as strong as Boonen for the majority of the cobbled classics this season.

It's also easy to hate a guy who gave Simeoni hell because Simeoni had the audacity to expose a doping ring to the court. How dare he make it harder for riders to dope?

I like that analogy

Yes, when asked about his great win at the TDF stage he talked about how it wasn't fair that Vino wasn't allowed back into the pack after crashing because he was such a stand-out guy and a rider worthy of respect, he then went out of his way to say how much he likes Valverde and Klöden etc. etc. So he obviously has no problem with doped riders.

they're sort of supposed to be simple, they're mainly to direct visitors to the areas and for the TV guys to use on their coverage.
