Tour de Romandie:
Stage 2
Vrecer was part of the first attack
At the top he hasn't got anything and felt back to the peloton
Today a break without an Adria driver, most of them feel bad today(Nose -3, Svab -5, Vrecer -4, Jarc -3)
Del Nero, Ladagnous, Carlström, Nieve,...
were caught before the last climb
Nose couldn't keep pelotons speed and felt back, really bad for us.
Suprisingly Gnezda had no problems the whole day
I took Usov's wheel but
he felt down with 5km to go
The sprint started Ljungqvist in front
Bazayev is flying from behind
Ljungblad tries to pass Bazayev
Gnezda not far away, but he has no one to follow
and Ljungblad wins, Gnezda still superb 5th
But everyone else disappointed today. Especialy the "climbers" Nose, Svab and Vrecer. Svab and Jarc were to slow to continue!!! Katastrophal start for me. I lost two guys in that stage. Gnezda saved the day
Stage:
1 Jonas Ljungblad Silence - Lotto 4h37'09
2 Assan Bazayev Astana Cycling Team s.t.
3 José Iván Gutiérrez Caisse d'Epargne s.t.
4 Jérôme Pineau Quick·Step s.t.

7 Jakob Fuglsang Team Saxo Bank s.t.
8 Pavel Brutt Team Katusha s.t.
9 Christophe Le Mével Française des Jeux s.t.
10 Michael Mørkøv Team Saxo Bank s.t.
11 Ricardo Serrano Fuji - Servetto s.t.

17 Jérémy Roy Française des Jeux s.t.
18 Lasse Bøchman Team Saxo Bank s.t.
19 Pierre Rolland Bbox Bouygues Télécom s.t.
119 Tomasz Nose Adria Mobil + 2'37
149 Kristjan Fajt Adria Mobil + 9'53
158 Robert Vrecer Adria Mobil + 17'05
161 Jure Zagar Adria Mobil s.t.
163 Alessio Signego Adria Mobil s.t.
GC:
1 José Iván Gutiérrez Caisse d'Epargne 4h46'48
2 Markus Fothen Team Milram + 5
3 Vasil Kiryienka Caisse d'Epargne + 7
4 Sébastien Minard Cofidis, le crédit en ligne + 14
5 Laurens Ten Dam Rabobank + 15
6 Maxime Monfort Team Columbia - High Road + 16
7 Jakob Fuglsang Team Saxo Bank + 18
8 Carlos Barredo Quick·Step s.t.
9 Kai Reus Rabobank s.t.
10 Chris Horner Astana Cycling Team s.t.
11 Fran Pérez Caisse d'Epargne + 19
12 Sérgio Paulinho Astana Cycling Team s.t.

15 Jürgen Van de Walle Quick·Step s.t.

159 Robert Vrecer Adria Mobil + 17'54
162 Jure Zagar Adria Mobil + 19'38
163 Alessio Signego Adria Mobil s.t.
KOM:
1 Mathieu Ladagnous Française des Jeux 12
2 Daniel Fleeman Cervélo Test Team 8
3 Kjell Carlström Liquigas 8
4 Nicki Sørensen Team Saxo Bank 8
5 Anthony Roux Française des Jeux 6
6 Mikel Nieve Euskaltel - Euskadi 6
7 David De la Fuente Fuji - Servetto 6
8 Jesús Del Nero Fuji - Servetto 4
9 Christian Knees Team Milram 4
10 Sandy Casar Française des Jeux 4
And the bad day ended with a negative surprise.
Ziga Lesjak finnished some U23 mass sprints in top 10 and I signed him
His sprint stats tell something else (SP-62)

It will be hard to beat you
I just need more time or more days without school
If it is so hard there, how hard will it be at the Giro

don´t care about this race see it like me as a great preparation for the Giro
I send most of the riders who will ride the Giro to this race so they will be in a good form.
Don´t worry |

Finnaly I found some time to post this stage.
Tour de Romandie:
Stage 5
Hilly stage, at Fajt should be in the breakaway.
I have nothing to lose.
11 man break with three slovenes (Fajt, Nose and Spilak)
Fajt fought for each point and has now 32 for the Kom jersey
On last climb Horrach accelerated and just Nose and Spilak could follow
Spilak fought for last KOM points
Nose did everthing to get him
and even made a small hole of 13 seconds
The peloton was a little bit to far away to get us
So Gutierrez attacked first
and all favourites followed
Last km and Spilak doesn't sprints
Nose WINS it!!!!
finnaly a very good result for us
and Fajt takes KOM which is pink there
and looks like maglia rosa
Stage:
1 Tomasz Nose Adria Mobil 4h31'15
2 Simon Spilak Lampre - N.G.C s.t.
3 Joaquin Novoa Cervélo Test Team + 49
4 Rémi Pauriol Cofidis, le crédit en ligne s.t.
