Roelandts new leader. Greipel declassified for irregular sprinting (he almost pushed Davis to his next life) |

What was Edvald doing there..was he lead out man?
Or just in case "throwed" a bike over line before team mate? No way he knew at this moment that Greipel will be declassified.
How btw, Edvald likes cobbles?..

Whole sprint was a bit chaotic again - Hagen was leading out from sth like 300 metres, and when he noticed he's close to finish and Greipel isn't coming out of his wheel, he just pushed it to the line.

He likes them very much. This year is the first he has really ridden them, and his performances were good. As we all know, he won G-W, but he also rode very well as a domestique in E3 Prijs and Paris-Roubaix (stopped for Hincapie). In the Ronde, he suffered from stomach pains, long time problems that he has later resolved with a new diet, but he still finished the race.

Boasson is extremely good technically on the bike. He will be a good cobble rider me thinks. I do believe it is more likely he will be a hilly classics - cobble classics rider than anything else. |

Yes!!! Go Pieter Weening! Knock Norway out of the top 10 of the countries ranking so we can go with 9 men!!
If Weening finishes top 4 in the GC and Hagen does not stay in the top 10 like now. It's byebye Snoreway |

Ballan on finish line:
Really hard weather for racing, it was raining badly on last lap (13 kms), and downhills could've been dangerous (up to 19%!). Luckily no-one crashed.
Race will be decided tomorrow, on hard, queen stage to Zakopane.
Tomorrow's profile:

Volta a Portugal: Petacchi and the other sprinters got dropped in the very hilly stage.
The only pure sprinter left at the end was portuguese champion Manuel Cardoso who, being an excellent climber (for a specialized sprinter) won the stage and took the yellow jersey.

Stupid tactics by LPR, by the way. They killed their entire team single-handedly bringing the break back, only for Petacchi to get dropped on the last climb.

Haha that sounds like a Lampre tactic for Cunego, only for him to do nothing and get dropped
