You can never prevent an idiot from trying to cheat. I don't know if he was cheating for a long time, but think of what he was caught with. Corticoids that have been authorised, forbidden, authorised again, then forbidden again, etc.
It's not like being caught with EPO, growth hormon, blood transfusion, etc. See what I mean ? |

I hope he won't get some sort of strange boost making him the strongest rider or so in his category. Tactically wise he may improve though, but his strength should remain more or less the same if he doesn't want to lose credibility. Same for Pineau actually. |
