"I love him, I think he's great. He's transformed the sport in so many ways. Every person in cycling has benefitted from Lance Armstrong, perhaps not financially but in some sense" - Bradley Wiggins on Lance Armstrong

Groenewegen vs. Zabel might be one of the big duels in a few year's time, though too many young sprinters are currently around to make them stand out, I fear.
Dutch u23 sprinters usually turn out to be nothing tho. Markus (so far) is one of the few exceptions.
Here in the Netherlands the press only cares about the Tour so that's what our riders will focus on

Zabel is obviously better off then, here in Germany, the press doesn't care about any cycling race anymore
Well, in the biggest newspaper of my state, we got half a page of MSR coverage!
Right after three pages of football, one of winter sports, one of F1 and the weekend results overview page...
But hey, Ciolek had a 3 minute TV interview in the ARD, and the word doping wasn't used once
Herklotz, without intention to put an awful lot of pressure on him, seems like the best hope to increase cycling coverage and interest as the most prominent cycling results are the GCs of WT stage races, with the finishing positions of German riders added to the Top 10, and positions 62, 79. 95, 124 and 165 don't attract viewers...
Though a new, successful stage racer would probably be marked as doper in the general opinion, no matter the nationality.

Loren Rowney doing a 'Peter Sagan' on the podium at the Redlands Classic
This is epic!
Stop the sexism girls,we are just human beings, not some objects!
What's epic about a dumb girl doing something stupid because she saw it on teh interwebz? Then every Harlem Shit would be epic too?
While taste in humor is everyone's own business I don't think you have to be that harsh in this case. I think it's pretty funny to reverse the roles after what happened at the RvV.

According to you, her intention was to copy Sagans behavior, and also according to you, this is stupid. But what if she had other intentions?
