Xacobeo claim to have signed a portuguese sprinter. Probably Manuel Cardoso. Although he's anything but a pure sprinter (yes, he's fast, but he can outclimb basically any sprinter around), so it may not be him.

Klöden to Radioshack. Also Radioshack have confirmed Lequatre. He's only 28, so I'm guessing he'll be part of their youth team.
