How can Kelderman do U23s and Elites? Cheating Dutch bastard.
Also, no Lavery in the Ireland team which means I shall start the kitten killing streak. You only have yourself to blame.

Hope I'm not too late for the kittens, but Ireland changed their lineup and he was part of the race, of which you can look the result up now.
I thought countries would always choose the same riders, so the startlists on the pictures isn't entirely the right one.
Also a final medals count:

Van Garderen tops off an incredible season with Silver in the ITT event... wow! No questions he was the rider of the season.
Also a LIU*$%£"( rider medaled in 3/4 standard WC event

He was the rider of the Continental Tour season alright, but World Tour not so much.
(Actually, a vote similiar to Velo d'Or would be fun)
Gutted that Spain got no medal in Ponferrada Elite Road Race. Gilbert looked to do it in Kwiatek-style, congratulations to Prorace.

I was already preparing that:
Vote the Nominees:
https://freeonlinesurveys.com/app/show...p;new=True
This is still a very long list of riders, I want to cut it down to 10, maybe 5 (depends on how many votes we get until Friday). Out of those ten a Velo d'Or will be voted.
You can vote for up to ten riders, so even if you haven't followed the season very detailed you can vote, just pick less riders.
If you don't see your favourite rider of the season, the poll even includes an option to add another rider. |

Nope straight up best rider of the season. Insanely high number of results AT ALL LEVELS lest thou forget he won the USAPCC which was a WT event Plus his sheer dominance at CT level earned him a stupidly high place on the Prestige Ranking, rivaling the best of the WT! No questions he was Rider of the Season

Nope. Lavery is clearly numero uno.
You should do a points per wage calculation. TVG is the most ridiculously overpriced rider on that list so can't possibly win.
Everyone vote Muhammed Muhammed. Come on, get the big man the award.

29th in the TT which is nice from LLS, annoyed that Majka didn't start
good thing that he was as well. 8th place is just freaking amazing, first rider from a CT team I believe 24th from LLS and 37th from Golas sums up my riders result.

I... oh man screw this. You can keep your GIFs, I really can't be bothered to get into yet another pointless story games discussion this week.
@Bikex: Awesome so good to see it. Better grab my suit for the Velo d'or Gala then!

Phil-Gil!!
Fantastic win from Gilbert, hoping he can take many a win in the rainbow bands next season. De Gendt in 15th looked like he might have had a part in that one.
A bit more of a predictable result in the ITT, will be interesting to see if anyone can come close to matching Martin in TTs next season. |

A real buzzkill to find Costa got a flat and the whole team came back to help and ended up around 140th.
Peter Velits 5th in TT is pretty good and 20th in RR.

Nothing won in the Worlds: Not so good. Did I hope to win? Not really, because things never go the same way as in real life. Did I have a little hope less? Yes, indeed.
And Gilbert is really bothering me. Maybe I should try to buy him then..

Tony Martin with a nice win in the TT. Bit disappointed with Degenkolb in the road race. |

Bikex, I like the idea of a Points Per Wage ranking for Super Prestige Points because I think Peter Velits would be high up there. And TMM next season name your team, 'Team Garderen Kelderman'.

If only! TVG beast mode sure, but then Voeckler + Gavazzi did better than Wilco. Next season add in WT budget and it's gonna be a team transformed

I must admit it was probably Gavazzi that made the difference between your team and mine, I think I may have tried signing him as well. Either way we are following you into the World Tour mate. We'll see who does better next season. Oh and did your team ride a GT cause mine didn't, decided to rather focus on CT, I think that proved a difference in the rankings as well.

No GT here, only 2(?) WT races. Deutschland wasn't great, but TVG won USAPCC. But the focus on CT really payed off
