Won it on stage 3 really, winning the stage solo. Lost a few seconds to them on stage 5 because he was -2 on the day but just close enough to the Sky duo (who crossed the line virtually holding hands!). |

Hi are you in the first year and just added the Yates bro's or did u sign them later on. And how isit playing with them im thinking of starting 1 like that with a custom team but i will only use 3 "talents so it would be Ewan and the Yates Bro's. Is the Tour series good and isit real life rules so if your lapped your eliminated? |

Hmm, with Ewan and the Yates brothers, it's certain that you'll have new leaders in a few years, so, should be good, as long as you sell some possible other leaders when they've developed, so that your team isn't going to be too OP.
And no, the Tour series doesn't have real-life rules. That would be impossible to program for 'us'. It has realistic startlists and seems quite fun, IMO, though

Guys, from what moment in the season the sponsors come with offers? After playing 1 season with Sky just to experimental proposes, I'm with Cannondale now. I'm at mid-April, just before Amstel, and just accomplish all the sponsor goals and they didn't come with an offer. Is this normal? Or do I have to wait a bit more? It would be nice if them renew the contract. I'm planning on bringing Talansky (USA is an area of interest) and some nice Italians guys.. On the other hand, a sponsor with more money to bring great riders would be nice too.
The squad is a bit limited and almost based on Sagan and Moser. But this is fun. Hope that Basso do a nice Giro. Aiming for a top-5 and coming with a strong squad. Sagan will go for TDF to win the Points Jersey. Later I'm gonna do a more detailed presentation of my season.
Cheers guys. |

Contador does the Giro/TDF double, which means he as had amega year considering he also won LBL. By the way look who cracked the top 10 with a breakaway on the last Mountain stage, none other than Andy Schleck. Also look how close between 6th down to 8th.
Next year joining the team is Caleb Ewan, Nikki Terpstra and Greg Van Avearmaet. So atleast i now have a good classics core. I will try defend just the Tour next year with Alberto as Kreuziger will do the Giro, im going to have a real light scedule for AC so i can try become WC in his home WC. Then he will leave and the team will become a classic and sprinter team. |

Offers usually start to come in late May, early June. That was always fine for me, just as long as I had a sponsor before the contract negotiations in July started

Guys..want to ask...clearly it's my fault that i put my leader Nibali's fitness schedule for Giro as i want him to go to Tour..and now it show that his fitness not as peak as in Giro..Do i need to change him to go to Giro or i just can put more build up race for him before Tour? |

I advanced to halfway July now.
Damn, Giro della Valle D'Aosta is just awesome, no matter how often you ride it
I had a very important, but tough, sponsor goal there: Top 5. It looked easy on first sight, but nah. Acevedo, Rosa + Locatelli + Rabottini etc. were all there.
I achieved a Stage win + 7th GC with Pagani(who developed from 70 to 71MO during the race). Which was a great achievement, I think.
Meanwhile, I did the transfers.
I signed 3 neo-pro's, but some major real riders:
Brändle(my main goal), who has 72HI, 70TT & 72PRL.
Duval, who has 70FL, 69COB & 78(!)DH.
Cecchin, who has 69SP and HI(the uphill sprinter I needed)
I felt like my team was finished then, but then I saw who the big CT signed, and having 'promoting' as next season goal, I decided to sign an additional climber. Rohregger was high on the list, but signed with Gourmetfein. So I chose:
Jeandesboz.
He has 72MO & HI, and 69SP.
Ackermann, Pizzaballa & Boichat will leave the team, so the team roster for next year is 16 riders. I'll post the stats when I arrive to the next season.
Also, TdF went crazy!
Froome seemed to have bad form(getting 15th in the hilly TT), and Quintana well, I'm still not sure what happened to him(11th).
So in the end, we had a full Spanish podium, with Contador?!(80MO) winning the Tour de France. Strange...

Some really nice signings there and a great result in the Giro della Valle d'Aosta against some very good riders, I think Valverde won the Tour from Froome in my career! |

He was a very promising cyclo-crosser before his doping suspension. I believe he quit because he couldn't find a team for 2013, that's why he's a free agent. |

Ah, allright, already expected that he would have a cyclocross-background(they have good DH often). Well, at least I'm going to enjoy his DH stat, I love to send out late attacks on downhills
@Farmer Sam Thanks
