Just to get everything as clear as possible, right now things I need from people are:
-Each riders type of training (Stage Race, Climber, Time Trial, Sprinter, Puncher, Cobbles, Fighters)
-Races to Remove or Add from each teams Schedule (up to 5 each).
-WildCard requests from Conti Teams (up to 10).
-Fitness schedules (From this post) for the WT teams. Conti teams don't know which UWT races they are in yet so they can wait.
Here is a list of where each team still needs to provide:

Bike NZ - Everything
Blusens - Training Program, Fitness Schedules
BMW - Complete
Clas - Everything
Colombia - Fitness schedules
Evian - Everything
Ferrari - Fitness Schedules
LG - Training Program, Fitness Schdules
Privatbank - Complete
Rockstar - Fitness Schedules
Santander - Fitness Schedules
Swalec - Training Program, Fitness Schedules
Team CSC - Fitness, Schedules
Team Holden - Fitness Schedules
Team UK Youth - Add/Remove Races, Fitness Schedules
UBS - Add/Remove Races, Fitness Schedules
Voetbal - Add/Remove Races, Fitness Schedules
Audi - Everything
Aviva - Everything
Bologna - Complete
Credit - Training Program
Dolan - Everything
ESPN - Training Program
Grolsch - Everything
Inditex - Training Program, Add/Remove Races
Lavazza - Add/Remove Races, WildCard Requests
MTN - Everything
Red Bull - Training Program, WildCard Requests
Sporza - Complete
Team Vestas - Complete
Torres - Training Program, Add/Remove Races

Well I haven't found a way to actually put it into the game and make it work. But if we get to that point and I don't have an answer I will just run a 1 day race and import the participating riders.

I send that too, so you can now without problem.
Edit: just see the minimum riders for the races, because there are some races with min. 8 riders... and with 26 riders its a big magic to fullfill all the startlists and don't go to 60 race days +++.

Just takes some time and effort is all 
I managed it, no one rides more than 59race days

Sure, just open the roster list in my signature, pick one of the teams that is a non-user team. (User teams all have fake or old team names except for Colombia Coldeportes).

Fitness schedules are not urgent, I need to the the add/remove races and wildcards the soonest, I'm going to say Tuesday night deadline. So I can get the full schedule out to everyone.

Yes; But I will also allow teams to drop races that are overlapped by races they get into as wildcards.
