Did Vinokourov drop or that was some kind of weird strategy today? It's hard to believe he could be dropped in a mountain by such a group.

Kazakhstani -> Citizen of Kazakhstan
Kazakh - very rare ethnic group.
Astana does have one Kazakh rider, though. And by coincidence, he is racing today. He's the team's sprinter Assan Bazzayev

Yes he should. But he didn't. Re watched the 2007 tour. The performanse he did at the 15 stage was amazing. That aint just dope.
