If you fucked up would you like a second chance? I thought so.
No. Every other job in the world would chuck you out for good for breaking the law. Find me one boss who would keep you on if you did cocaine (Boonen). No one would. Find me one boss who would keep you on if you imported illegal drugs, and were caught. No one would.
We aren't talking about fucking up on a small scale. We are talking about breaking the law. It's illegal. It's wrong. It's not unforgivable, but it's not something I'd want a second chance on.

There are not many jobs where you would escape being caught doing cocaine but given boonen is their star quickstep couldn't afford to sack him.
But for the other guys, they are sacked, spend 2 years without a job and then get a second chance somewhere else, thats not particularly unusual. White collar criminals normally go back to the offfice after their jail time etc.

I was under the assumption that you and I had come to a mutual understanding. That line is not pointing the finger at anyone in particular, certainly not you Isso.
Now you're just being stupid. When I made my comment, I was obviously refering to the riders linked with dope. Also, I don't care if Rock Racing has the same anti-doping programme as Garmin and BMC. That doesn't mean nothing, because that doesn't mean the anti-doping program is reliable. It seems like Garmin is now the example of anti-doping and everyone associated with them is now clean.
PS: I do trust in people, but only in the people that I truly know.
So you insult my intelligence and that makes the facts of the matter favorable to you?
You obviously said that Rock Racing was full of suspicious riders. That is what you said. You only changed your meaning after I called you out on it.
The amazing thing about Rock Racing is that Michael Ball is allowing these few riders who have either served their sentences (Hamilton) or are refugees of a very controversial Operacion Puerto, a second chance. Tyler Hamilton (say what you will about him) served his two year sentence. Will you not allow him to move on?
If you fucked up would you like a second chance? I thought so.
Maybe in my first comment I was using irony, but that seems too much complicated for you to understand. And I don't say all riders of Rock Racing are suspicious.
Michael Ball seems to be a lovely person, allowing riders a second chance. What a lovely man, I'm falling in love for him. Now, seriously do you think Michael Ball is interested in giving a second chance or is he interested in the publicity that this controversial riders give to his team??

uhm.... yeah a lot of jobs. NFL (ricky williams) and a lot of other jobs. There are a lot of chefs who did drugs went through rehab and came back to the same job and were better then great, So before you just jump to conclusions based on something you assume then make sure you have the facts straight,
dont worry Levi I got your back

how is it retarded to give a clean person a second chance. Maybe you guys in the UK just dont give a crap about anyone but yourself.
Yes. He is interested in both and more. These riders, doped or not doped in the past, are capable of competeing under the ever increasing levels of scrutiny that we examine our riders today. The results that these riders are capable of achieving now bring the exposure that Michael Ball seeks.

Sorry, who was clean? Hamilton? LOL.
So a man who gets tested a bunch of times and they find nothing, isnt having any huge performances like someone who dopes usually does and you still dont believe him. Maybe you have trust issues but i choose to trust people.

Correct. I do not trust people like him. Maybe I should clarrify my position. I don't trust Americans.

It certainly is. Why do you think that OUCH is sponsoring the team now?
I am guessing that you already know but for those who do not: The team's title sponsor is the OUCH Sports Medical Center in California. The sports center's co-founder, Dr. Brent Kay, is Landis' personal physician and oversaw his hip resurfacing surgery in 2006.
