it stopped about half an hour ago. an entire hour ago in some sections. the times will be a lot better. good enough to beat Wiggins? let's see. it's still wet |

or Voigt is taking it very easy, as he does every year in Tour tts
last year he lost 10 minutes and justified it saying "I could do top5...and no one would notice. this way I can do something meaningful in other stages"
and Vino 10secs better than Bradley in the first intermediate... |
