Firstly, lime does go with Lasagne... but it goes better with Tequila obviously
Secondly, refereed a football match for the first time in almost 12months So much fun and great exercise. Only down side is i have completely buggered my knee.
Has been strapped up and the doctor told me not to put it under any stress for at least two weeks. As any of my friends would say, this is a fairly normal occurrence, but it will be followed by some ridiculous piece of good fortune.
It's not always good to be referee, especially not at some important matches. At least thats situation here in UK |

My mate refereed an under 15's cup match and ended up having a police escort away from the ground because of disgruntled parents |

Having been a ref since '09, in the UK, you'd be surprised.
Yeah there is a lot of gossip, pressure etc at the top levels
But at a county level its just a lot of fun for 90% of people.
And holy crap my knee is totally trashed! Its now rather swollen and pretty much locked. Thank god there is always Daily
EDIT: I do have some shocking stories tough
Worst incident i've seen. U12 match, my mate (who was 16) got punched by an angry dad on School grounds! The game was 10mins in...

When we're talking about injuries i have just suffered awful crash. Was at training with some local guys and fell at 50-60 km/h speed,it was rainy (i prefer rainy cycling ) Got some butt, knee and arm injury, seems like i won't be able to start few local races at start of the season. But,as song says, "Always looks on the bright side of life" , i'll have more time to finally finish 2014 year with RadioShack. Sorry for grammar mistakes if they exists,i am writing from.my phone aaand its painful to correct them. |

Anyone got excited with the announcement of Samsung Galaxy S4 ?
I like it, not greatly different to S3, however it has pretty nice features that would convive me to pick it rather than S3 ( obviously :L ) I like the screen is bigger, but phone size is same as S3 along other features.

It looks nice, and has a few new gimmicks... but its no revolution or innovation over the S3 or any other top level smartphone out at the moment
Personally i'm more excited about the latest HTC One. 90% of that is due to its looks, which are just straight up sexy. And the other 10% is beacuse i know it will just be a great phone.

Mmm, it does look great indeed. Not sure yet whether to pay more for either HTC, Samsung S4 or go for cheaper Samsung S3 ( or possibly note 2 ) in the summer. Tough choices :L

You'd be surprised what little difference that actually makes when you print the images. You can even take 1 or 2mpx cameras, blow up the photos to cinema screen size and the quality and detail is till impressive.
And frankly if you want a good camera, buy a damn camera

Don't agree here. People think megapixels on cameras is everything, while it's not. HTC has the small details perfect on the camera and it looks stunning actually, most people will think though that Samsung is so much better because it has more megapixels while that is not actually at all factual. The pictures look actually quite better from the photos I've seen so far compared to others phones.

From the top of my head, anything above 4 megapixels and the human eye struggles to notice any difference. At that point, it becomes far more about other camera parameters

Speaking of phones - I haven't bough one since HTC Desire a ocuple of years ago. Great phone. Have had an iPhone 4s as a work phone (and used it privately) since January '12. I'm not really a fan of it, but it works fine.
Anyway, my point is this: I'd have no idea what phone to choose if I had to hand the iPhone back. I don't like iPhones (too boring UI, really), and there's absolutely no top Android models with screens that are 4.3 or smaller. Those 4.8 or 4.9 screens are too simply too much. Then there's Windows Phones left. Nokia Lumia 920 has the size problem. Any top models left? Yes, HTC 8X, but with no free (and proper) navigation and the general app issue of Windows Phone, it's not really an option either.
Bottom line: I hope someone someday realises that Android needs top phones than aren't gigantic. |

Try with Galaxy S2 or Xperia P,they are a bit older but still awesome phones! |
