Besides Astana, BMC and it seems Androni, I wonder which teams will actually want to chase the break down.

What are the odds Millar/Wiggins gets a mechanical and chucks the bike away in a fit of rage?

Btw, it already looks like another stage without Italian winning. Italians in group: Possoni, Caruso, Bono, Agnoli, Dall'Antonia, Vanotti, Cataldo, Pozzovivo, Cheula, Codol and Donati. Only Pozzovivo seems strong enough to fight in the end, but it might be a lil' to easy for him.
Guys like Pineau, Gerdemann, Lloyd or Moncoutie look like the best calls for win. And most interesting name in that group - Kiserlovski, he might make a surprise!

And Vino loses two more. Gasparotto and Iglinsky retire.
Evans and Vino are even more screwed

Would be strange if they aren't. They only have Bono up front.

Apparently Evans was up all night hurling
The two Andronis and the two Astanas drop back from the break now. Bookwalter stays.

The broadcast on Eurosport should start in 3 minutes, but it won't start for another 40 minutes at least. (F%$%!^G TENIS!) |

My hatred of tennis is beyond words, precisely because of this. No matter what I want to watch on eurosport, ever since I was a kid, there's always a big chance tennis is before (and during) it.

Bookwalter, Vanotti, Serpa, Ochoa, Wurf, Bertogliati, Jufre and Stangelj sat up, according to Cyclingnews, making 48 riders in top group.
Doesn't look like anyone else could sat up now, maybe only Dall'Antonia. Peleton stands no chance atm, it gonna be quite hard to make the gap lower than 10 min imho.
PS: +1 to posts about tennis.

The "peleton" is now smaller than the "break"

Eurosport tennis fetish is a fragging joke compared to the Spanish TV 'Teledeporte'. A joke. And this is a public station I pay for they to broadcast STUPID tennis everytime. And I mean stupid games with FOUR spectators (yep, I counted them) in the court. Duh. |

Sure, the two female tennis players on Eurosport now are amazing to look at, but seriously, for a 56 man break, get them off. Right now. |

Yeah, would be reasonable to show Wimbledon / French Open etc instead Giro, but Last 16 of Warsaw Open? Makes no sense. |
