I dont know what kind of pcm u have but i Guess its the same way in pcm 14 as in older pcm. U just copy the pic to Your computer. Open it in "Paint.net or similar. Its freware and save as tga. In my older game i save as 32 bit if thats the same in pcm 14 i dont know. Then put the file in the folder of the right team. If its a race leader jersey put in in the map of race.
U dont have to do anything else. If u have older game With ld u have to resize to 455. If u 2013-2014 u dont have to resize.
u also got to have the right name on the file. If u want to use a jersey from Cofidis the main jersey is cof_maillot if u then have a nc jersey for france the name on the file must be cof_maillot_fra
