That's odd, I considered SAS an abbrevation

Well, I doubt Golas would win in Austria, what with him being Polish and all.
Société Générale just got trolled hard. And seeing as it's the troller extraordinaire's team, I find that funny.

I am just the opposite!
Breakaways taking the NCs was hardy an issue here, so many top riders we are interested in are NCs. Which is great if we can get our mits on them!
Looking forward to what happens in the WCRR, I feel a break might take it. |

As you've seen I added the results for the WC TTT.
Spoiler If Stromeon decides to go into season 2 with his team, he can add this wc TTT icon to his jersey of next season.
I also came here to share the startlists of the U23 WC:

Yeah a silver medal in a very close TTT, happy. Liberty Seguros destroyed the intermediate on the climb, but it wasn't enough to win for good. Seeing as how we lost two riders I guess my riders were climbing too fast at some point. Gratz to winners who have kept their team together.
Prorace on 11th is surprising to say the least.
Crossing my fingers for Carlos Verona in the U23 Road Race.

Congrats mate.
Looks like Prorace are really exhausted after this season! Of course, we had to be leading at the first checkpoint to get my hopes up!
--
For next season I am not going to be too bothered about the rankings this time around, however we want to build on this first season, so we want:
-- More than 14 wins
-- To win 2 stage races.
-- To win 5 jerseys.
Not too sure about other teams, but I expect Carbonsports and Liberty Seguros to be right up there in all rankings + maybe Gazprom. Don't expect the newly promoted teams to be anywhere near relegation.
Hopefully Bikex added my accessories to the team!
Bikex - How are you managing the stat changes? Do you have an auto excel file for that to? |

Still not too sure about that, I'm still thinking about how the development would be the most realistic.
What do you guys think is the age in which a rider developes the most? And until what age should riders improve? I'm thinking about 27/28.. |

Well peak age is somewhere between 25-32 for 90% of riders. Fastest development probably occurs in the three years prior to reaching peak (22-29).
It's very hard to set definative ages that match up to a reality, and it's one thing PCM handles very nicely.
I'd say fastest development between 21 and 25 (inclusive), second fastest from 25 to "peak", then 18-21 and finally anything during "peak".
"Peak" i would describe as 27-30. Decline should start around 32, or at least be very slow between 30 and 32.
A one-size fits all set of numbers is tricky and i would seriously look at how PCM, and how the ManGame, make it work
