Guys!!! How can I do that a rider would have a fixed contract end in Career Mode. Like every new game has a different contract end for a rider. How can I do that ,for example, Froome's contract always ends in 2015 whenever I start a new career mode game.
Thanks beforehand!! |

What a way to finish the season. Simon Yates destroyed everyone in the ToB, beating Puccio by 1:20. He won the Haytor stage .
Holohan also won the KoM and the Caerphilly stage with a solo breakaway. Most of the riders there had done over 100 race days, so it was pretty easy with my guys having done around 55. |

Hmm, he won the Haytor stage? Dèja vu...
Have they developed already? What are the MO & Hi stats of them both?
And btw, racedays don't have effect afaik, but allright, them having 100 racedays increases the chances of them being in form for too long in the season, ofc
@Fronaldo Well, the riders will develop much more slowly without a trainer.

Simon is up to 75 HIL, Adam up to 74 MO. I will post a screen of my team once I get to January. And race days do affect the rider's tiredness I think, though it's not like it used to be of course. If you keep racing them, they will get tired.
@nacho, I had Wegmann as just about the best rider there, so...
Diego Milan finished 3rd, with Bibby 5th. Not the strongest startlist. |

Meanwhile, my Italotreno career reaches the NCs.
No hopes for that, Italian is chanceless, and I lack a sprinter(or a Cancellara) for the Swiss NC...
We're on 50th place in the CQ ranking now. So promotion just out of reach, but doing well.
I'm in doubt now. I'll focus on Italy, Swiss, and (=new) Austria next season, for the riders that is.
I've already signed 4 neo-pro's. Including a 71SP Italian!
But would Sapa fit in the team? He's the flat beast(73FL) that we need, but is 71AVG(due to 78FTR stat and 70SP) and is Polish. He is 37 year old and will decline fast.
Otherwise, Arnaud Gerard(28yo, 72FL, 69SP, 73FTR) might be a good option. I guess a Frenchie does fit better anyway.
The prime target for the transfer period will be Matthias Brändle, who has 72HI and 70TT. Reto Hollenstein(71HI, 70TT) is the alternative.
But 1 odd guy in the team wouldn't be that weird, would it?
Edit: Gerard has just extended his contract

Sapa could be good on a short-term deal perhaps? |

Yeah, I guess so.
But it's a bit weird to sign a 37-yo Polish guy as a team leader(allright, he won't be used as a team leader, but he has the highest AVG of the team then I guess)

Yep, Simon Yates has improved again . It's on 0.4 evolution!
Bearing in mind, we are now a Pro-Conti team, we have a serious lack of depth but hopefully Swifty and the Yateses can keep us in the "division". Climbing support is pretty thin for Adam, with only Bibby, his brother and neo-pro Doyle. Hopefully Doull and/or Lavery can improve their sprinting and become useful leadouts for Swifty. |

What is your MO limit for Simon? I got 75 for him on my save and 78 Hill. Your evolutions earlier in thread inspired me to splash out on two new trainers haha |

GB registered teams have a nice boost thanks to the PITS. Basically 11 free races to win that no other PCT team has.
US teams also get a big boost thanks to a large number of .2 races they have.
You'll be fine
So i made some editing cock-ups in both my HTC and Discovery careers. Couldn't be asked to fix them, so just set up a new one (again).
Rexona ProCycling Team. Based around my old Node4-Rexona team. Starting out at CT, going to build up to the WT over a couple of seasons. Was then a bit cheeky in rider selection, snagging some bargains who are overpowered for the division. But then i look at JHB (who currently are the most victorious team with 20+ wins) at remember it's ok.
Leaders: Hayman, Rowe, House
Free-Roles: Durbridge, Sergent, Yates, Yates, Cronshaw
Helpers: Roulston, McNally, Barker, Bibby, Thwaites, Tennant
So far bagged a host of wins in short TT based tours such as Valley Sun and New Zealand. Dominating cobbles with Hayman (currently 4 wins and 3 podiums). Rowe delivering consistently in sprints, when not injured (currently 3 wins in 5 races). Durbidge and Sergent knocking TT's out the park. Adam Yates surprising in almost every hilly race (Top10 in Strade Bianche the high point). Our strength has been flooding the Top10's. Currently in a terrific battle with JHB for the top CT position (separated by 7 points on 01/05).
Lots and lots of fun so far. Looking to bag some good signings as well, with Swift, Stannard, Bennet and Howard top of my list.

Well, he still has 3 stars, so 74/75. He also still has 2 stars in HIL |
