Add to that list Evaldas Siskevicius (La Pomme Marseille). Quite a decent season for him with wins at Tour du Limousin just now and other decent results.

It's not official yet. Nick Nuyens says that "nothing is signed yet, but that he's still negotiating with Garmin. This week the decision will be made."
But yes, he'll probably sign with them within a few days
