Have you SEEN the proposed route for the tour of America?? Completely stupid.
Pat McQuaid is planning to use these races to patch up the pro tour so it doesn't lose total credibility.....desperation comes to mind...
Yes, it's desperation to do it this soon. Doesn't mean it's not a good idea to do it in a few short years.

that Taylor guy should atleast get a ban for the coming season or something like that, I saw a picture on a different forum where u can see him laugh just when Eduardo starts to scream on the floor...prick

I really don't think anything is gonna happen to Taylor... British football is very physical and challanges like that come along every other match...
Check out this one (and btw, the Man City player only got a yellow card!):

The challenge wasn't actually that bad. Had he not have been injured so badly, he would have got a yellow. But if he was laughing he deserves never to play again

I agree with you, the challange wasn't that bad and it's something that we're used to see in England along with this tipe of injuries... It's you're style of football... No arguments there...
As far as the laughing goes, it's like that Pedro Mende's video I just showed... The guy has no remorse whatsoever and he gets to walk away unpunished... But that's something that happens in every league in Europe...

As it should be - however, over here we just go on how violent the impact was (i.e. did he jump in after a 10 yard sprint, with two feet), and how badly injured the person on the receiving end is. Which is wrong

There was no intent in the challenge to hurt Eduardo. Taylor is just a donkey, he never once looked at Eduardo, his eyes were always on the ball, had he not have broken his leg, he wouldn't have been sent off. The injury was awful though, in one of the video's you can actually see Eduardo's bone coming out
Taylor has a 3-match ban, all he deserves really, he was genuinely sorry and went to the hospital to see Eduardo straight after the match, whilst all the Arsenal players just went home. Eduardo will come back, but he won't be playing in the Premiership. I can't see how having a double compound fracture, he will be anwhere near as good as he was.
Oh and York got drawn against Torquay in the semi-finals of the FA Trophy today, if we win, we're off to WembleyB)
