As the talent focus/ research will have no impact whatsoever for an indefinite amount of time, I wish I was in your position there. If I'd have known the research would have had no impact in the 1st season I definitely would have blown all my budget.

Now the Budget sheet is being awesome! I have -5890 budget after Talent Focus, and while i did overspend here and there this is a bit too much

You maybe know that talent focus does not display a certain amount of money but a percentage from 0 to 100 that is then shown at your budget with its cost?

I thought making the talent focus in percents would be cool, so you have to put in a number from 0-100

From what you wrote in the first post there was nothing to suggest you couldn't improve stats immediately.

Only kubys didn't send in his race selection file, I selected the races for him.
I decided that the max number of teams in one race would be 22, so I had to decline some wild card applications. I tried to make it as fair as possible.
This are the wildcards that were denied:
