Bunch finish?! I've never, ever seen Strade Bianche end in a bunch sprint. It's hilly. You usually get 3-4 guys attacking and then a smaller group of about 20-25 battling for the remaining placings.
I can't speak Italian so I have no idea what you wrote above but it's one of the most selective races of the year. Narrow roads help as well.

@Brewers
I've had 50+ man big finishes on Strade before, and find that it's not the hills that make selection but the narrow roads.

And with that, I made a few changes to the post on the first page about race reporters, thanks to everyone contributing, no one has to report more than 3 races!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

You've been very unlucky then. I've never seen more than 4 or 5 guys contest the finish for the win.
Anyway, I just hope Santaromita actually does something this time. Not just sit in the bunch all day. Don't know how Ballan will do but it was a risk I had to take.

I checked, Sutty youre right. But i think thats because stage 1 and stage 7 its identical with the PCM2012 version, so you can use stage 2-6 from this and 1/7 from previous version |

I rechecked and Tirreno-Adriatico stage1 and stage7 are identical IRL and PCM wise too in 2012 and 2013. (San Vincenzo-Donoratico, 16.9 km TTT and San Benedetto Del Tronto 9.3 km TT). So only need to changes the 2-6 stages in PCM12 and thats are in that pack linked by Selwink |

Paris - Nice
The parcours
Stage 1 - Prologue (2.9kms)
A short prologue to start this edition. The specialists should do well on this very flat and technical parcours.
Stage 2 (195kms)
Another easy stage. In this stage, the mountain stage will be given away. Nonetheless, the route is so flat it wouldn't surprise anyone if this ended in a mass sprint.
Stage 3 (200kms)
If possible an even easier stage than the previous. The route doesn't contain any sort of hill for the entire 200kms. The finish in Cérilly will probably be crossed by a sprinter first.
Stage 4 (170kms)
The 4th stage is the first hillier stage. However, the finish is quite flat. A sprinter who can survive the hills will probably be win, but a late attack can't be excluded either.
Stage 5 (199kms)
Another hilly stage, but this one is most likely too difficult for the sprinters. Either a puncher or a break should win this, but perhaps some of the men for the GC can give it a try.
Stage 6 (176kms)
The queen stage of this Paris-Nice edition. The mountains we ascent slowly build up in difficulty, with the last one the most difficult: the Montagne de Lure. The general classification might already be decided after this stage.
Stage 7 (220kms)
The longest stage of this edition, but not the most difficult one. The race has a long hill in it, but it isn't too difficult. A break might survive this, otherwise a sprinter with a good ability to survive hills might win.
Stage 8 (9.6kms)
Paris-Nice traditionally contains the Col d'Èze. This year is no exception. This year, riders can enjoy it individually in a time trial. The GC will get its final change today.

A strong startlist and a good preview.
I just hope you're underestimating de las Campos, who will be making his debut in this race.

No need for that, Oget has an awful TT, can't climb that well, has bad stamina and is also very bad at recovering
