Cobo is really impressive, gapping Froome with this much when he drops a lot of riders. If he continues like this tomorrow, he might be the favourite for the overall.

There's no differnece. What the "´" means is that it's the part of the word where the emphasis is.
EDIT: Otherwise the emphasis would be on the "ez"
