First four places in TT but surprised to see Castroviejo only in 4th. But since Purito came 3rd, it must have been the fairly hilly route. Great performance by Intxausti still. Now, off to get the spanish road jersey of course too, though Fiskars, Valverde & Spanair will be tough opponents.

Both actually. Young talents have to be developed especially Aru, Majka and so on. But some other guys have to be downgraded Boonen , Gilbert, ...
That's happening anyways talents will develop, old riders decline.

And please it should be handy that we can talk about all riders. (not only the best ones)
I had a really annoying season as my guys only took some five stages while they in real life have 20 or more
Please send me a list of all riders of your riders that you think would deserve better stats, I'll look at them and decide if improving them is justified. Then you will release the riders to free agency and I'll upgrade their stats. Afterwards you will have the chance to sign them as free agents, but others will, too.
This rule counts for everyone, each sent in list will be considered. But only for riders that have an average below 75, I don't want to change the stats of the best.
After the next season that won't happen.
On another note: I pmed everyone that has a team in the game and not signed up for the next season yet and got already some refusals, so it seems likely that we won't have enough teams for next season. |

That is the only fair way if you must change stats according to real life. You cannot change stats according to real life while the riders are still riding for an ICL team.
(Though there is no need to change stats according to real life, it is unnecessary for the ICL.
If we keep Gilbert, he certainly won't be getting downgraded (not old enough if decline age gets pushed back).
This is what you wrote Bikex (nothing about real life results....):
Riders Development
At the end of the season each rider will be have a certain number of points assigned. How much depends on their age, their current average, their number of race days and their PR ranking points. The manager of the rider can then assign a training plan out of a list deciding in which ratio the points will be added to the different stats.

You might consider adding some teams manually at the end of the season, otherwise we may have races with hardly any teams. Still, you should make up a story thread for the game as story game updates don't appear on the front page. Might not make a difference but worth a chance.
@ krisa - You make fantastic jerseys, but your ideas for story games are wanting of logic ........ |

Can't we just get all riders free again and sign them afterwards (ofc with a system that the current team can sign them before the other teams)
As my team was proconti and willing to become worldtour we also need a big improvement of riders

Spoiler #1 TVG
11 Top10's, 10 Podiums, 16 Wins
#2 Gavazzi
14 Top10's, 7 Podiums, 3 Wins
#3 Voeckler
14 Top10's, 3 Podiums, 4 Wins
#4 Kelderman
26 Top10's, 6 Podiums
#5 Capecchi
22 Top10's, 3 Podiums
#6 Rabottini
9 Top10's, 1 Win
#7 Roy
9 Top10's, 1 Podium
#8 Kern
9 Top10's, 1 Podium
#9 Madrazo
2 Top10's
#10 Mihaylov
2 Top10's
Just Stage and GC results updated for my team. At first sight it looks like a one-man team behind TVG, but nope! Everyone is just awesome, and despite my complaints about Kelderman he pulled out a pretty damn good season (bet you like that Jesleyh). 24 wins, 31 podiums, 118 top10's (173 total finishes in the top10!!!) is just a WTF season to me, something just outstanding

Krisa, seriously man, no one really cares. Most those riders did badly because of their manager or the team they are in. Why buy a bloody leader if he has poor stats anyway??? Just let the guys progress or decline as you plan to.

77 MO 77 HI and 65 TT
Or Navardauskas with only 68 on sprint
you just made me laugh
Sorry if I look arrogant

You really don't get the point of a story game do you krisa?
You start from a point in time. In this case it was around Spring 2014 with as accurate stats as you can get based on the latest DB. After that, we create the reality. The reason riders have a potential is to cover for the fact that they will improve. Aru is a great example, as are the Yates brothers, both of whom have improved a lot IRL this year. But it's up to the respective managers to increase their stats as time goes on. You can't just keep updating stats to be in line with the real world otherwise there's no point managing a team, it's just DB editing.
My main concern is that we stop with the ridiculous Dev teams to make it actually worth it next season. No more Matthews, Howard, Boivin, Durbridge etc. Make it U23, not U25. Having said that, as long as you give my young guys good stats boosts, I won't care.

Yes I maybe don't get the Idea of a story game but I just can't see Aru balsucking and taking the 33rd place in the giro. And some other non-realistic results
I just like Fabio Aru
About the development teams i would say that riders may be maximum 23 years old and not race for a current Worldtour team. I don't want to see matthews racing for a dev team

Also if you haven't done so don't forget to send in your scouting R2 files.

Schorn last in Austria.
Also don't upgrade Aru please. I'd like to keep him in my team. |

The expected 1-2-3 in Portugal but Machado ahead of Costa was a bit of a surprise.
