Teams that weren't full got enough riders added.
The only thing to do before the teams are completed is for the managers with development teams to decide who will join their U25 squad. You will do that with this sheet: https://www.mediafire.com/?d64sfu4lqr...u4lqrh9o8n
This is how it works:
1. Open the db file, sort the riders by team, select the riders of your team and copy them (all their columns!)
2. Go to table "Your Team" in the U25Selection file and paste in the red box.
3. Go back to the first table and put an "x" in column F, next to the riders that will be on your development team. The file will tell you, if you have selected enough riders and what your minimum talent focus must be.
As a reminder: You need 8-10 riders in your development team, don't select too many, your CT/WT team still needs enough rider for themselves (CT 16, WT 20). The wage of all riders in the development team should be at least 1200, if it is less you have to have a minimum talent focus.
4. Copy columns A-F and send them to me via PM in a table formate.
The second thing is, for all managers, to decide on their talent focus and their research budget. You will need this file for that: https://www.mediafire.com/?hi2d9l3w2w...l3w2w4h5os
The file works very simple. You only need to put your Team ID in and decide your talent focus and research budget. You can also leave some money on the bank, but it is recommended to spent all the money as you won't take over everything into the next season. For the talent focus you can only use multiples of 5.
I hope everything is clear, the deadline for both is Saturday.
Also don't forget to send in your race selections. You have to send them in until tomorrow! I haven't got that many yet so please hurry up.

Could you explain how the development works? How do we know if a rider will develop better in the development team or in the main team?
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

The points you get for development depend on various different aspects (Age, Gained Scoring Points, AVG, RaceDays, Potential), so it is hard to say in which team the riders develop faster. Riders with a low average will develop in dev teams better. I would say the border is ~AVG72-73. In the U25 Sheet the riders will turn orange meaning, they are eligible but it is not recommended to put them in a dev team.
Edit: I also forgot to say, I changed the formula for the race days so there are more race days now.

So i'm confused by selecting the Dev team...
Just say yes if correct, please alter if wrong
1) Open 4.2 excel file
2) Copy all columns of the riders you want to be in the Dev team
3) Paste the data over the red box (Your Team sheet) in the Dev Team excel file
4) Put an "x" in column F (AVG) in the 4.2 excel file
5) Copy columns A-F of the U25 Selection sheet in the Dev Team excel file
6) Paste and send to you
Note: If i can't get this correct by about 7-8pm GMT tonight, it is not happening in time for the deadline. I have an exam tomorrow, which if i fail means i have to repeat the whole year of uni costing in excess of £9000, then pretty much as soon as that finishes i'm heading off away for about a day to watch the Womens Tour, and then i have another exam Tuesday, which if i fail means i fail the yea and costs £9000 etc. etc.

I made a mistake with the formula in J3 in the U25 selection file, please just ignore the riders number it tells you, you can count to 8-10 yourself I guess. |
