They should use those timings to award the KOM jersey, shouldn't they ?
Technologically it's something they could do (given the chip is on the rider, anyhow, not on the bike), and then it'd really reward the best climber.

42'22" by Rolland is very slow for modern history... How come they're so slow this year ? Pfft
