Did some research myself.
The Guardian says that Wiggins has signed with Team Sky, and that they've paid £2m for him.

Well, it seems as though it was the Daily Mail who broke the story - with The Guardian following up on it.
And as far as I know, Daily Mail isn't the most credible British media
That said, I do believe that Wiggins will sign with Team Sky. |
