I think people are likelier to look in the story section than in the story game section, so maybe you should change the title of the story section thread into EPIC - S2 - Apps open or so

According to the UCI website the following riders are banned due to doping and might be part of EPIC:
Luca Benedetti - Life
Francesco Reda - Until Sept. 2014
JTL - 2 years
Carlos Barredo - 2 years
Robert Vrecer - 20 months
Miguel ubeto - Until July 2014
Mauro Santambrogio - Until Nov 2014
Michael Rogers - Unknown (life?)
Stefano Agostini - Until Nov 2014
Alex Serebryakov - 4 years
Sylvain Georges - Until Nov 2014
Nikita Novikov - 2 years
Marco Salas - Until June 2014
Denis Galimzyanov - Until April 2014
Steve Houanard - Until Ovt 2014
Sylwester Janiszwiski - Until Dec 2014
Ivailo Grabovski - Until July 2014
Currently Provisionally Suspend (under appeal, dispute etc.):
Valentin Iglinskiy
Maxim Iglinskiy
Matteo Rabottini
Kreuziger and Henao not mentioned. Kreuziger under appeal to CAS having been cleared by his national federation. Henao not a clue but nothing official.
Obviously those with actual bans can be removed. Those under provisional suspension are tricky, because feasably they could all be cleared of any doping at which point you've incorrectly punished 2 teams.

Didn't Rogers started to racing back again in 2014?Or did he got another suspend?

Reading more he was cleared but the UCI hasn't updated their lists properly. But for a number of months in 2014 he was banned, so it depends where the line is drawn

The ones that are caught doping this year shouldn't matter, as we are a year behind. Or you should ban them from the date they got caught.
I don't like banning the doped riders, but it's not my decision in the end. Gets rid of Agostini easily though. |

Yeah, Rogers is definitely back in. I think he was cleared, jsut like Impey was earlier?
Ulissi seems to be missing as well, so I'm not sure how reliable that list is.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

In other news, it's time for the Season awards. These are the categories you can vote, give your top 5 for all of them, please. In 3 days, I will give the final 3 our of which you can choose.
1) Best Rider
2) Best Team
3) Best HQ
4) Best Manager
5) Best EPIC rider
6) Best reporter
PS: 2) is for the best results and manager tactical decisions, 3) is for the best looking HQ, 4) combines these two aspects.
PPS: EPIC riders also qualify for 1), you can vote for your own riders but please be objective
Voting via PM, voting will be open when I publish the Rankings tomorrow, so I don't have people changing their votes because of that
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.
