In ideal cases, stage ace wins are race wins+stage win+sprint classification+youth classification, so that'll give you a lot of points. But I agree that winning LBL is much, much more interesting than trying to win the Tour.
I should be able to get 2 men in the top 10 in those races
Well for example on points though (using TdF as example)...
Win 3 stages + GC = 35 points for 3 weeks of work.
Win 6 stages + Sprint Points = 40 points, 3 weeks of work.
Win LBL + 3rd FW + 5th AGR = 35.05 points and about 3 weeks.
I'm thinking that the races will give out points fairly evenly.

Okay, 4:45AM... only been up 22 hours. Staring at spreadsheets and databases for the last 4. I'm going to bed. Will answer the 300 questions when I get up.

LBL is always one week after AGR.
Edit: Good night.

According to the most recent rules you're allowed to request 10 WT wildcards. I'm not sure if Kentaurus will decide who races what or the game will. But I'm almost sure you'll get your favourite races.
Yea I want to have our Conti teams filling out the WT events, so giving them lots of wildcards.
Just like real world, wild card invites will be based off of performance, expectations, and nationality. Favorite races will also play some role. In Pinktay's case, my guess is an invite to TdU is very likely . .
I am already in the WT... :/ |

Lol, my bad
To everybody who gets online now and doesn't want to read 3 pages:
1) you can read your roster on page 49. Check if everything is alright!
2) At the roster, you can see the rider's specialism. This will influence the potential of your rider. If you have a rider who can climb and sprint, and his specialism is sprinting, then his sprint potential will be much higher than his climbing potential.
3) you can now decide what specialism you want your riders to train.
Also, remember you need to send Kentaurus a list of one or two regions you want to race in, and a maximum of three favourite races.

I might add 1 tip, It's max potential, so if he's good at climbing and sprinting but let's say 35 years chances are he's already maxed out.

@Housoe, well if you had the season planner, and an editor, you could always use the editor to make your team in a .cdb file, (easily downloadable) and then use the season planner, which ahs access to all teh fitness schedules

How can you change fitness schedules in the PCM planner? I can make my own ones, but I can't seem to figure out how to change to in-game plans. |

So for the training schedules that have to be sent, is it just what speciality you want your riders to be trained in or what training schedule, like Giro_Vuelta 02 etc?

Both.
But you might want to wait for the race schedules to be published before deciding on the latter |
