It isn't Klöden either, by the way. Armstrong and Zubeldia. |

I still don't get what does Columbia win by splitting the peloton. They don't have any GC contender and in a bunch sprint they are favorites anyways. I think they should save energies for tomorrow (not that I don't find this pretty exciting).
The TTT is about 45 min ride... Therefor you can't really gain much time. I think that some teams can mess up big time today. |

Columbia will be caught and won't stand a chance in the final sprint

Why should they if they have Armstrong ahead?

Astana is not working because there are no other big GC-contenders up there. If the front group survives Lance is the only one that gains time of the big guys....
That means Astana wins everything on this situation... |

If it comes together the Columbia train will be weak. Then my bet is the Garmin train will be better.
Gap is shrinking now. |

Hushovd has a little advantage here... Second best sprinter in the first group and he doesn't need to work, therefore if the group gets caught he will have an advantage over Cav because his train is tired... |

Even if he cannot win why should they work? They don't have any sprinter and nobody ahead is a danger in GC.

I meant to highlight the 'drama' between Contador and Armstrong. |

Good chance for this going in now if the peleton doesn't get their wits together soon
