Tour of Japan is over. My team, especially Sep Vanmarcke, showed itself in very good light. My sponsors are really unsettled , though, some big changes will happen very soon.

Bad news. According to our critical financial situation and terrible sponsors confidence I had to release three of my riders immediately to ensure run of team. Names are Kenny Lisabeth, Nigel Kelly and Stephen Gallagher, all of them were compensated. I´m afraid this is not last step to cure finances, at least one rider will have to go in next months. It´s public secret that Steven Van Vooren is that man.
We have 11 riders at the moment, next step is to reconcile sponsors by achievement of good result. First opportunity will be one day classic Rogaland GP in Norway.

Flat race makes ideal conditions for bunch sprint. My team is counted amongst favourites, I hope for good result here.
All things went perfectly until...finish. My goal was to keep peloton together till bunch sprint and thanks to effort of Van Vooren, Peters and Vanmarcke we made it. Eeckhout and Brammeier were my men for sprint. Eeckhout opened sprint for Brammeier, but Alexander Kristoff made spectators happy, winning this race. Brammereir was 2nd ahead of another Norwegian Hegreberg.

Five stage long race in Norway with some small hills fits good to my team. Maybe my riders are not biggest stars presented here, but team is the best overall and that´s why I expect good result from here. |

Stage 1
To be part of early breakaway can sometimes pay off. Steven Van Vooren joined break today.
They didn´t built huge gap at all, but cooperated well and 15km to go, they were leading by 2mins over peloton. Break will succeed in stage 1!
And here is try to sneak away from group, Van Vooren is ready and follows.
10km to go, he is in front together with Christensen, other riders have droped.
Panic in peloton, Kittel launches attack, Vanmarcke, Ghyselinck and some others counters, but it is too late to catch leaders.
Christensen can´t hold the pace, Steven is alone in front!
Vanmarcke and Ghyselinck are really strong today, catching early breakaway group just before finish.
And Sep Vanmarcke goes past tired riders easily.
Van Vooren takes another win for our team! It´s a big shame he´ll leave us soon...
Christensen hold his 2nd place just aheqad of Vanmarcke. Great start for my team!

This could be celebrating report about another awesome victory, but...
There is small hill followed by descent into finish, Van Vooren tries his luck again.

...I have completely reinstalled game BEFORE stage 1, forgot to switch difficulty level back to HARD and played on NORMAL It completely devalues both wins. I made a quick decision and will play remaining 3 stages on EXTREME.I´m curious if I´ll able to maintain "mined out" positions
