Stage 2
Hilly stage with two shortly followed steep hills in the second half of stage. But I expect another mass sprint in the finish. We´ll try to gain some KOM points if possible.
Gautier, Cheula and Sulzberger attacked in peloton and now they are in front with comfortable leading about 7 minutes.
But they are caught just under the summit, Sandy Casar takes maximum points.
Zaballa with Arvesen attacks the main group!
And Arvesen drops Zaballa and continues in solo ride.
Zaballa Was caught and now it´s time for attack from Geslin from FDJ!
And he is very strong, catches Arvesen and sprints over him for great victory!

Stage 3
This stage has very similar profile as previous stage, but is longer. Vasquez or Chacon will try to join early breakaway.
Vasquez is in group of escapees as planned. The biggest gap was about 9 minutes.
Noel Vasquez have won all mountain sprints and secures KOM jersey!
Leading group was caught 10km before finish, Freire takes his 2nd victory, Geslin hold his yellow jersey.

Stage 5
Last stage of tour is pretty hilly with three mountain sprints. Our goal is hold KOm jersey for Vasquez.
Noone from morning breakaway could take KOM jersey from Vasquez, so he has told to stay in peloton. Front group is just about mountain sprint.
Escapees were caught and Freire is finally beaten in sprint, today winner is Candido Barbosa!

Young riders
Jose Rujano poped to 26, so I won´t public results of under25 riders anymore (at least until some my new boys will do good results )
Noel Vasquez hold KOM jersey, it´s another great success for our team.
We´ll remove to SAR now to race MTN Giro del Capo. Only six riders will participate and 2 or 3 will leave the race after two stages and move to Spain to ride one day classic Clasica de Almeria. It´s because this race is important for our sponsors. And next we are looking for Paris - Nice!!

Because he is bad on flat, he wouldn´t any chances to stay with the puncheurs in breakaway |

MTN Giro del Capo
Welcome in South Africa. We are heading to five stages long race. This race is quite hilly, but hills are not much steep, so puncheurs should dominate here. Race will be finished by short flat individual time trial. 124 riders is participating, star #1 is Sebastian Joly, winner of Tour down Under. Next big names are Nicolas Roche (winner of Tour de Langkawi), David Moncoutie or John Gadret. And we must count Jose Rujano as one of favourites too. We are very surprised that we can´t see team Barloword here with their shining stars Soler and Hunter.
Only 6 of my men will ride, Medina with Chacon are preparing for Clasica de Almeria in Spain. Vasquez, Rivas and Abreu will join them after 3 stages here. Only Rujano, Contreras and Delgado will be here until the end.
Stage 1
Almost flat stage with few small hills on the road. We expect mass finish in the afternoon.
There were many attacks and counterattacks, but nothing really dangerous untill.....David Moncoutie attacks the peloton!
And he was able to hold tight advantage until finish and wins in stage 1!

Stage 2
This is criterium with two hills, riders will get through 7 rounds. We could see very dramatic battle in last kilometres.
Trofimov fought hard in mountain sprints and secures KOM jersey for tomorrow.
Gadret attacks just before last mountain sprint, big names counters!
8-mens leading group (luckily including Rujano) forms in front, Joly sprints for victory.

Stage 3
Queen stage of this race with mountain finish. This could fit to Rujano and other excellent climbers.
After some early attacks huge front group was formed in front, they have still nice advantage before peloton.
Roche attacks first, yellow jersey counters! But it´s still on flat, it must me too early.
Namembo attacks the leading group!
Joly and Roche are caught by Cofidis train.
Few moments later Rujano attacked and surprisingly peloton let him go. Unfortunately I re-wrote screen with this strong attack by other screen So here it is, Rujano is going over leading group, only Namembo is in front of our hero.
We would need this stage a little bit longer! Namembo wins and seems to be very happy, Rujano is second and takes yellow jersey from Joly! That´s absolutely amazing!

Stage 4
We will defend yellow jersey with only 3 men, because as planned, Abreu, Rivas and Vasquez abandoned yesterday and removed to Spain. Stage is pretty hilly, we can expect hard battle between main contenders.
Four riders were ahead almost whole stage and now it seems they have very good chance to keep their advantage until finish.
Bernaudeau drops off as first and is about catch.
Bonnafond attacks leading mini group. He´s looking very strong today!
And he wins the stage ahead of his mate from escape Lapthorne and peloton. Jose Rujano hold his yellow jersey, Lapthorne was awarded for his effort by KOM jersey!

Only very short time trial stays as last obstacle is between us and another great success in season. Rujano is last step from second race victory here. I can´t imagine what would must happened so as he lost yellow jersey.
And only Joly was able to beat him today! Here are some nice pictures from stage.

February - summary
Sponsors are still at "very good" level, they are very happy with Jose Rujano´s performance.
And here are rankings after February, Rujano and our team are still in the lead. That´s what nobody could even think about.
