Incorrect. For ease of everything, everyone is signed up to every race for this year. There is no down side to this, so most people requested to be signed up for everything.

No. Only one or two riders were above 20, so the difference is useless, also considering you only stop racing when you feel like, it's going to be at least 15 seasons until anyone is forced to retire. After 32-35 years old, stat increase will dramatically slow. By 36 no more improvements will be apparant.
