Agreed. It would be very interesting. I don't like saying so and so is doped etc. But if Ullrich was doped... look who beat him... |

Agreed, but isn't it pretty much obvious that he did? Everyone assumes he did anyways, so by bringing it back up...YET AGAIN...it's only gonna draw more bad attention to cycling. |

Nope it wasn´t because in Germany you have to proof that , they haven´t the Fuentes things so they can´t say that he was doped (Sure we know that he doped but in Germany you can turtle you say "I haven´t doped until someone has a proof thats valid" Ullrich uses that and so :
Günther Dahms have you pay Ullrich 500.000 Euros (with some interest normally 340.000 plus the interest)

In germany you can kidding the state when you know how you do it , and as Ullrich isn´t poor of course he got the best lawyers in Germany who said him what he should say , pretty clever

He swear on oath that he hasn´t doped
But know the interesting part , in the case the "Time" was 1st January 2003 to 31th March so when he sweared the mean that timeline so no wonder why he won...
Also Ullrich said : "It´s beautiful that the truth won. It was easy for me. Telling the truth is everytime very easy"
Also Ullrich would like to donate the money
But normally , Dahms had to pay 1,4 millions but Ullrich said he just would like to have 500.000 Euros because Dahms haven´t got so much money for the Coast team (if I understand it right)
And at last Ullrich said : "Dahms is a cheater/swindler. I don´t want his dirty money. Dahms lied to me, although he knew that he was bankrupt. If I become the money, I would like to donate it for a children society." After the question why he sweared with the possibility to don´t get the money he said: "I would like to say that in plain language, at last to tell the truth..."

2nd In the Giro riding for (gulp) Phonak
Then his name was in the Puerto documents and in recorded phone conversations between Pevenage and Fuentes.
Then he went to ride for LPR for a year.
Then couldn't find a team for 2008
