Amgen Tour of California (stage 7)
Santa Bįrbara - Santa Clarita
Last stage where I can expect strong CSC attack. Need to be cearful on last mountain.
Most unhappy man of the day is Spezialetti. he was front of peloton setting a tempo when he punctures.
Finish is near Hincapie has set himself back to CSC train.
Paolo Bettini easy and second win in California tour. Second place Hincapie. Those two guys getting stronger and stronger..promising season is a head,

Volta ao Algarve (stage 5)
Vila do Bispo - Portimćo
This is day for breakaway riders to be succseful..
4 riders in early breakaway group...Miranda, Buendia, Neves, Ng . Neves has problems in the hill and he will fall from group
Next short climb Miranda and Buendia get riddle of Ng. I am suspicios that T-mobile using tactics to slow the tempo..to give away extra time seconds from sprint. Beacause McEwen is very close to Eisel on GC.
Miranda get away from Buendia almost in finish line..no need to sprint nice day for Benfica.
McEwen getting easily 3 rd. place and gonna get extra time what he need to be GC leader. And I get some result from Pepu who even beats my first sprinter Murn

Vuelta a la Comunitat Valenciana (1.stage)
Calpe-Calpe
Finaly I got something to satisfy my tigh ass team owners. Dont expect now to get fired for few months.
Hilly stage...lets hope that Davis isn't to unhappy and still gonna ride 100%
Peloton crosses the bridge..big happy family.
And here we go..first decent hill and attack starts. Not mr. somebody attack's ..when can see right away aces like Ricco,Ardila,Arroyo,Vila. Peloton increases speed, Davis who is protected by four riders have difficulty,
two Giro threats Simoni and Cunego with Lampre team..takes it easy and fall of from peloton.
Another attack Ricco again this time with Sella and Gustov.
All still seems to be come for mass sprint..Davis have suffered a lot. Gusev drag him in good position.
Davis managed even better when I was expeted..nostly thanks to O'Grady backwheel who strong sprint give to him second place..and draged also Davis about 6 places hire wich Davis was capable. Jevgeni Sladkov (Astana) wins the first stage.

Vuelta a la Comunitat Valenciana (2.stage)
Vila Real - Vila Real
Stage is quite flat...at the end mountain top finish. Should be afraid yesterday attackers like Ricco, Ardila, Vila , Sella. I am gonna play for Devolder..to go with possible attack in last climb
72 km. to Cunego puncture..peloton is already is chase speed. No one from Lampre don't come back to help him...ouch Vila trying attack on front. He must hate Cunego.
This sprint finish mess up my plans. My breakaway man Vandborg kind of sleeps back of the group.
...and he will left behind in 4 man group. They set high pace...Vandborg showing serious problems signs to follow..but still gap between 1 st. group growing. It is almost a 1 min. for now.
Breakaway has don it. Camano snatches the win from Weening..who can wear tomorrow young riders jersey.
Cunego group finishes with Vaitkus 12'29 behind.

Not looking good...I need to attack with Devolder to get some extra secund and get hire in GC. Peloton give to much time for breakaway group..wont be easy to take back 2'30 back against Pineau and Weening.
