there are a lot of riders that do 3 GT's a year. most of them aren't contenders bit they still do it

I forget him..he is great rider always liked him..even when he is already old school rider. He still wants GT stage win this year...
as great Zabel is..still I think this Vuelta slot should be better to Columbia...Columbia has been so far as new team..realy motivated (like Garmin) |

Internet coverage for tomorrow?
Eurosport here have decided that a 15minute highlight show at 1am on Sunday will be enough

There's a Spanish feed on Sky 795 that will be showing it live. |

So, did no one see it? I only saw the last two teams, CSC and Astana. Astana's performance was quite weird since they only had 5 riders left in the end ... this being on a 7 km time trial. Also funny waching Michael Blaudzun, the too old Dane and supposedly a good time triallist, drop off after 2-3 km

I would love Valverde to win, but he always seems to have at least one bad day in the mountains. Saying that the climbs do suit him this year so im rooting for a valverde win. He is unlikely to be as marked as Contador so he should be able to put wings on his wheels and fly! |
