Coloquick aware that the will not be able to sprint for a result, very keen to get a riders in the morning breakaway, Jeppe Aaskov part of the 1st move, but only Yves Nkurunziza from Benediction - Ignite XL and Shuaijie Yan from Ssios Miogee able to get a substantial gap.
Due to the two intermediate sprints forcing the pace up in the pack this early breakaway was brought back, Coloquick’s Anthon Charmig part of the 2nd breakaway opening after the two sprints.
Anton not able to hang on to the straining pace set by strong Colombia climber Camargo, but it was João Barbosa from Miranda – Mortágua taking the 6 points on the climb.
The breakaway caught on the downhill and it comes to a mass sprint finish, won by Lucas Carstensen from Bike Aid.
Coloquick set up a train at least to get the leader(s) safely over the line, Rasmus Lund Pedersen with the best last 500 meters came 9th, Noah came 11th.

Tour de Limpopo Stage 2, 175.2 km
A trio takes of at the early km of the stage with KoM leader João Barbosa, an alert Jeppe Aaskov attempts to counter attack but does not make it. João Barbosa drops the others when the climbing starts, now alone in front.
Noah takes matter into his own hands and bridge to the KoM leader. Soon to drop the Portuguese rider.
Noah takes both KoM climbs without contenders, over the 2nd KoM he got 1’05 to Barbosa and 4’27 to the peloton.
After the 2nd climb he allows the Portuguese rider to join getting some company on the remaining 117 km
The duo fight hard to keep the pack at bay, but it was impossible. With more than 10 km left the dream of a stage win was over.
The undulated finish straight forward with no twists and turns. Coloquik manages to launch Frederik Wandahl with perfect timing and he comes 4th, a very good result considering the competitors.
The stage was won by Aaron Grosser from Bike Aid, who now dominates the GC with two rider at the top of the leaderboard.
Noah came in 14th, more importantly now 2nd in KoM two points behind João Barbosa from Miranda – Mortágua.

Tour de Limpopo Stage 3, TTT 39.3 km
Coloquick came 2nd 15” behind Leopard Pro Cycling, with this Frederik Wandahl 8th in GC and Noah 9th in GC, both at 15”
Spoiler
The stage was simulated, I have no idea how to race TTT
On a side note I did not realize it was a TTT, if so I guess I would have seen Noah as team leader on this tour.

Tour de Limpopo Stage 4, 96.9 km
Five riders attempt to get clear on the about 25 km leading up to today’s long and hard but uncategorized climb, they got 45” reaching the steeper parts.
The fact that Coloquick need to breakup the peloton to win the race tempts Frederik Wandahl and Noah Takaima to make a bold attack at the climb, trying with a combined effort to catch the breakaway and hopefully split the pack.
The Coloquick duo was brought back and so was the five riders in the breakaway, the pack reach the first top united. Over the next top coming up just a few km later a new breakaway was established, but with more than 25 km left, also this duo was reeled in.
Jeppe Aaskov who has exeptional good legs today, comes with a late attack from 16 km, but the pack was ready, he would get just a little TV time from his effort.
It all comes down to a mass sprint finish. Despite having attacked recently Jeppe Aaskov leads out Noah, but just as he is about to start his sprint Noah was blocked and lose a lot on the final 800 meters, with his diamond legs Jeppe Aaskov makes it 8th, a brilliant result from him. The stage was won by Jayde Julius from ProTouch Continental.
Overall the race was won by Filip Maciejuk from Leopard Pro Cycling, Noah team best as 8th, Johan Price-Pejtersen 9th and Frederik Wandahl 10th.
With no KoM climbs the last two days obviously Noah finished 2nd in KoM

Noah just arrived from Italy, went directly over to the workshop to check out with the mechanics that his bike has survived the transport without “injuries”.
Mr. Andersen comes into the workshop. Christian Andersen: “Hi champ!, did our young climber like his adventures in Italy” Noah: Yes Boss, absolutely, although the downhills are crazy for an amateur like me trying to keep up with the experts.
Christian Andersen: Was looking for you to discuss something quite different. It looks like William Blume Levy might be ready for the Swedish classic Saturday. So I thought I might take you of the start-list.
Not that you are not allowed to race if you want to, after what you did in Africa, but I was thinking you could learn a thing or two sitting with me in the team car instead, and you will of course get a little compensation on your paycheck.
Noah: Sounds interesting, but could you fill me in on the details of the race before I make up my mind.
Christian Andersen: Yes.
It is a flat profile:
The race will have shared leaders in Sebastian Kolze Changizi and Oliver Wulff Frederiksen who has been improving a lot lately in the sprints.
Bygma AB in Sweden was setup some extra bonus for the best results.
Winner 200 €, Top 5: 100 €, Top 10: 25 €
Option 1: Ride in a Car (get 100 € as salary)
Option 2: Race for fame and glory
@MrUfo87: The Concept of learning will up certain max skill level immediately, however it will not add to later level ups from increase in potential, so he will learn faster now but will not add to final max skills.
In this case it will be +1 to what in this story is considered BACKUP skills: ACC, RES, REC, STA, HIL

Hansa Bygg Kalmar Grand Prix
A disappointing race for the team aiming for a top 10 result. A race with very bad weather conditions and huge gaps. Jeppe Aaskov team best as 15th with same time as the winner.
Horrible race for the leaders/sprinters, Sebastian Kolze Changizi 43th at 27” and Oliver Wulff Frederiksen 92th losing 3’09”.
The race was won by Brenton Jones from Canyon - dhb p/b Soreen
We are through the first ½ of the season and Coloquick is having the annual mid-season staff and riders meeting.
Christian Andersen: “Good morning everyone, our focus on in this meeting will be the current situation of the team, whereas strategy, staff, equipment etc. will wait, mainly as we don’t know what will happen in transfers that may change everyone’s situation.”
A nervous smile was seen on the faces of many riders and staff members.
Andersen: “But will have to mention that the financial situation is not great, we simply have to continue to deliver good results to keep the sponsors happy to get a better sponsor contract for next season”
Andersen: “But now to the current situations on the continental circuit. Team wise we rank 36th. in the continental circuit including Pro Continentals teams, if we exclude the pro continental teams we rank 20th, this is out of more than 140 teams total, so I’d say it is not bad at all, if we can hold a situation like that, say a top 50 team in the entire continental circuit at the end of the season we can be satisfied with that.
The sponsors have as always embraced the good results we see from you Nicolai especially the fantastic Volta ao Alentejo, Also Noah and Mads have been brought up by sponsors several times, thanks for that.
Continental ranking wise Nicolai is 68th, Noah 216th, Mads 219th, also Sebastian, Frederik, Johan and Jeppe contributes with significant point to our ranking position.
Thank’s you all for your efforts also those not mentioned we are working as a team, we must never forget that, everyone is part of every result, from truck driver to sports director.
Talking about that it have been brought up by some riders that the race earning split is unfair with just 4%, Daniel will you make a case for that?
Daniel Bligaard Lyhne: Yes, some of us believe that a share of 4% is a bit unfair, everyone has a role and we work hard for others to make results. So we think it is only fair to race it to 5%.
Christian Andersen: I think we should just make a vote between the riders; management is ok with either 4% or 5%.
Option 1: Keep 4% (more from own results, less from others results)
Option 2: 5% (more from others results, less from own results)
Some general trivia:
It will not necessarily be changes back at the October meeting as we can't be sure someone will suggest a change. Also he might be transferred or loan-out to another team, in that case we don't know the rules (liberal countries like Nederlands Sweden Germany may be even higher), other more traditional area maybe down to 0-3%.
With two votes on 2nd option - will close this one, as it is not very important after all.
Hvidbjerg, Denmark, Tuesday 2.6.2020
Mr. Andersen is now on a roundtrip in Denmark and Norway looking for talents who might be included in the upcoming transfers. It is assistant sports director Mathias Krigbaum setting up rider’s schedule.
Mathias Krigbaum: Called you here to look at the setup for two upcoming stage races. Andersen told me you could freely choose between them. In both cases, you will be the leader as you are seemingly the best rider in the mountains.
My initial thought is that you should try Oberösterreichrundfahrt, four days starting Thursday. An important race for us with some very good bonuses from our partner Continental Tires, and a good load of climbing. If the GC seems out of reach you can always go for the KoM instead.
We come here with a strong setup, our best time trialists and Frederik as your best support uphill.
Bonuses: Team win: 100 €, Team podium: 60 € Team Top 10: 30 €
Individual win: 500 €, Individual Podium: 250 €, Individual top 10: 125 €
The alternative is Tour de Małopolska, the bonus from lazersport.com will not be in the same lvl as in Austria but could be a good choice if you are afraid the ITT is too hard in Austria and you can aim for a good GC result in Poland. There will be plenty of uphill km, maybe too many? And you can still aim for the KoM if you sense the GC to be out of reach.
The setup not as strong, mainly our weaker riders, but the supporting leader Aksel not bad at all.
Bonuses: Team win: 80 €
Individual win: 400 €, Individual Podium: 170 €, Individual top 10: 85 €
Option 1: Oberösterreichrundfahrt
Option 2: Tour de Małopolska
